Lecture Arabic	1 مِنْ بُطْرُسَ رَسُولِ يَسُوعَ الـمَسِيح، إِلى الـمُتَغَرِّبِينَ في الشَّتَات: في بُنْطُس، وغَلاطِية، وكَبَّادُوكِيةَ، وآسِيَا، وبِيتِينِيَة، إلى الَّذينَ اخْتَارَهُمُ 2 اللهُ الآبُ وَفْقَ عِلْمِهِ السَّابِق، وقَدَّسَهُم بِالرُّوحِ لِيُطِيعُوا يَسُوعَ الـمَسِيح ويُرَشُّوا بِدَمِهِ: فَلْتَفِضْ عَلَيكُمُ النِّعْمَةُ والسَّلام! 3 تَبَارَكَ اللهُ أَبُو رَبِّنَا يَسُوعَ الـمَسِيحِ الَّذي وَلَدَنَا بِوافِرِ رَحْمَتِهِ وِلادَةً جَدِيدَةً لِرَجاءٍ حَيّ، بِقِيامَةِ يَسُوعَ الـمَسِيحِ مِنْ بَينِ الأَمْوَات، 4 ولِمِيراثٍ غَيرِ قَابِلٍ لِلفَسَادِ والرَّجاسَةِ والذُّبُول، مَحْفُوظٍ لَكُم في السَّمَاوَات، 5 أَنْتُمُ الَّذِينَ تَحْرُسُهُم قُوَّةُ اللهِ بِالإِيْمَان، لأَجْلِ الـخَلاصِ الْمُعَدِّ لأَنْ يُعْلَنَ في الزَّمَنِ الأَخِير. 6 وفيهِ تَبْتَهِجُونَ مَعَ أَنَّهُ لا بُدَّ لَكُم أَنْ تَحْزَنُوا الآنَ زَمَنًا قليلاً في مِحَنٍ مُتَنَوِّعَة، 7 لِيَكُونَ امْتِحَانُ إِيْمَانِكُم، وهُوَ أَثْمَنُ مِنَ الذَّهَبِ الفَاني الـمُمْتَحَنِ بِالنَّار، لِلْمَدْحِ والـمَجْدِ والكَرَامَة، عِنْدَ ظُهُورِ يَسُوعَ الـمَسِيح، 8 الَّذي تُحِبُّونَهُ وإِنْ لَمْ تَرَوْهُ، وتُؤمِنُونَ بِهِ وإِنْ لَمْ تُشَاهِدُوهُ الآن، وَبِهِ سَتَبَتَهِجُونَ ابْتِهَاجًا مَجِيدًا لا وَصْفَ لَهُ، 9 عِنْدَمَا تَبْلُغُونَ غايةَ إِيْمَانِكُم أَي خَلاصَ نُفُوسِكُم.
Evangile Arabic	1 وفي يَوْمِ الأَحَد، جَاءَتْ مَرْيَمُ الـمَجْدَلِيَّةُ إِلى القَبْرِ بَاكِرًا، وكَانَ بَعْدُ ظَلام، فَرَأَتِ الـحَجَرَ مَرْفُوعًا عَنِ القَبْر. 2 فَأَسْرَعَتْ وجَاءَتْ إِلى سِمْعَانَ بُطْرُسَ والتِّلْمِيذِ الآخَرِ الَّذي كَانَ يَسُوعُ يُحِبُّهُ، وقَالَتْ لَهُمَا: "أَخَذُوا الرَّبَّ مِنَ القَبْر، ولا نَعْلَمُ أَيْنَ وَضَعُوه". 3 فَخَرَجَ بُطْرُسُ والتِّلْمِيذُ الآخَرُ وأَتَيَا إِلى القَبْر. 4 وكَانَ الاثْنَانِ يُسْرِعَانِ مَعًا، إِلاَّ أَنَّ التِّلْمِيذَ الآخَرَ سَبَقَ بُطْرُس، فَوَصَلَ إِلى القَبْرِ أَوَّلاً. 5 وَانْحَنَى فَرَأَى الرِّبَاطَاتِ مُلْقَاةً إِلى الأَرْض، ولـكِنَّهُ لَمْ يَدْخُل. 6 ثُمَّ وَصَلَ سِمْعَانُ بُطْرُسُ يَتْبَعُهُ، فَدَخَلَ القَبْرَ، وشَاهَدَ الرِّبَاطَاتِ مُلْقَاةً إِلى الأَرْض، 7 وَالـمِنْديلَ الَّذي كَانَ عَلى رَأْسِ يَسُوعَ غَيْرَ مُلْقًى مَعَ الرِّبَاطَات، بَلْ مَطْوِيًّا وَحْدَهُ في مَوْضِعٍ آخَر. 8 حِينَئِذٍ دَخَلَ التِّلمِيذُ الآخَرُ الَّذي وَصَلَ إِلى القَبْرِ أَوَّلاً، ورَأَى فَآمَن؛ 9 لأَنَّهُمَا لَمْ يَكُونَا بَعْدُ قَدْ فَهِمَا مَا جَاءَ في الكِتَاب، أَنَّهُ يَنْبَغِي أَنْ يَقُومَ مَنْ بَيْنِ الأَمْوَات. 10 ثُمَّ عَادَ التِّلمِيذَانِ إِلى حَيْثُ يُقِيمَان.

Lecture French	01 PIERRE, APOTRE DE JESUS CHRIST, à ceux qui sont choisis par Dieu, qui séjournent comme étrangers en diaspora dans les régions du Pont, de Galatie, de Cappadoce, dans la province d’Asie et en Bithynie, 02 qui sont désignés d’avance par Dieu le Père, et sanctifiés par l’Esprit, pour entrer dans l’obéissance et pour être purifiés par le sang de Jésus Christ. Que la grâce et la paix vous soient accordées en abondance. 03 Béni soit Dieu, le Père de notre Seigneur Jésus Christ : dans sa grande miséricorde, il nous a fait renaître pour une vivante espérance grâce à la résurrection de Jésus Christ d’entre les morts, 04 pour un héritage qui ne connaîtra ni corruption, ni souillure, ni flétrissure. Cet héritage vous est réservé dans les cieux, 05 à vous que la puissance de Dieu garde par la foi, pour un salut prêt à se révéler dans les derniers temps. 06 Aussi vous exultez de joie, même s’il faut que vous soyez affligés, pour un peu de temps encore, par toutes sortes d’épreuves ; 07 elles vérifieront la valeur de votre foi qui a bien plus de prix que l’or – cet or voué à disparaître et pourtant vérifié par le feu –, afin que votre foi reçoive louange, gloire et honneur quand se révélera Jésus Christ. 08 Lui, vous l’aimez sans l’avoir vu ; en lui, sans le voir encore, vous mettez votre foi, vous exultez d’une joie inexprimable et remplie de gloire, 09 car vous allez obtenir le salut des âmes qui est l’aboutissement de votre foi.
Evangile French	01 Le premier jour de la semaine, Marie Madeleine se rend au tombeau de grand matin ; c’était encore les ténèbres. Elle s’aperçoit que la pierre a été enlevée du tombeau. 02 Elle court donc trouver Simon-Pierre et l’autre disciple, celui que Jésus aimait, et elle leur dit : « On a enlevé le Seigneur de son tombeau, et nous ne savons pas où on l’a déposé. » 03 Pierre partit donc avec l’autre disciple pour se rendre au tombeau. 04 Ils couraient tous les deux ensemble, mais l’autre disciple courut plus vite que Pierre et arriva le premier au tombeau. 05 En se penchant, il s’aperçoit que les linges sont posés à plat ; cependant il n’entre pas. 06 Simon-Pierre, qui le suivait, arrive à son tour. Il entre dans le tombeau ; il aperçoit les linges, posés à plat, 07 ainsi que le suaire qui avait entouré la tête de Jésus, non pas posé avec les linges, mais roulé à part à sa place. 08 C’est alors qu’entra l’autre disciple, lui qui était arrivé le premier au tombeau. Il vit, et il crut. 09 Jusque-là, en effet, les disciples n’avaient pas compris que, selon l’Écriture, il fallait que Jésus ressuscite d’entre les morts. 10 Ensuite, les disciples retournèrent chez eux.

Lecture English	1 Peter, an apostle of Jesus Christ, to the chosen sojourners of the dispersion* in Pontus, Galatia, Cappadocia, Asia, and Bithynia,a 2 in the foreknowledge of God the Father, through sanctification by the Spirit, for obedience and sprinkling with the blood of Jesus Christ: may grace and peace be yours in abundance.b Blessing. 3 * Blessed be the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, who in his great mercy gave us a new birth to a living hope through the resurrection of Jesus Christ from the dead,c 4 to an inheritance that is imperishable, undefiled, and unfading, kept in heaven for youd 5 who by the power of God are safeguarded through faith, to a salvation that is ready to be revealed in the final time. 6 * In this you rejoice, although now for a little while you may have to suffer through various trials,e 7 so that the genuineness of your faith, more precious than gold that is perishable even though tested by fire, may prove to be for praise, glory, and honor at the revelation of Jesus Christ.f 8 Although you have not seen him you love him; even though you do not see him now yet believe in him, you rejoice with an indescribable and glorious joy,g 9 as you attain the goal of [your] faith, the salvation of your souls.
Evangile English	1 On the first day of the week,a Mary of Magdala came to the tomb early in the morning, while it was still dark,* and saw the stone removed from the tomb. b 2 So she ran* and went to Simon Peter and to the other disciple whom Jesus loved, and told them, “They have taken the Lord from the tomb, and we don’t know where they put him.” 3 * So Peter and the other disciple went out and came to the tomb. 4 They both ran, but the other disciple ran faster than Peter and arrived at the tomb first; 5 he bent down and saw the burial cloths there, but did not go in. 6 c When Simon Peter arrived after him, he went into the tomb and saw the burial cloths* there, 7 and the cloth that had covered his head, not with the burial cloths but rolled up in a separate place.d 8 Then the other disciple also went in, the one who had arrived at the tomb first, and he saw and believed. 9 * e For they did not yet understand the scripture that he had to rise from the dead. 10 Then the disciples returned home.
