Lecture Arabic	10 أُنَاشِدُكُم، أَيُّهَا الإِخْوَة، بِاسْمِ رَبِّنَا يَسُوعَ الـمَسِيح، أَنْ تَقُولُوا جَمِيعُكُم قَوْلاً وَاحِدًا، وأَنْ لا يَكُونَ بَيْنَكُمُ انْقِسَامَات، بَلْ تَكُونُوا مُلْتَئِمِينَ بِفِكْرٍ وَاحِدٍ ورَأْيٍ وَاحِد. 11 لَقِدْ بَلَغَنِي عَنْكُم مِنْ بَيْتِ كَلْوَة، يَا إِخْوَتِي، أَنَّ بَيْنَكُم خُصُومَات. 12 أَعْني أَنَّ كُلَّ وَاحِدٍ مِنْكُم يَقُول: أَنَا لِبُولُس! وأَنَا لأَبُلُّوس! وأَنَا لِكِيفَا! وأَنَا لِلمَسيح! 13 فَهَلْ تَجَزَّأَ الـمَسِيح؟ أَلَعَلَّ بُولُسَ قَدْ صُلِبَ مِنْ أَجْلِكُم؟ أَمْ بِاسْمِ بُولُسَ تَعَمَّدْتُم؟ 14 أَشْكُرُ اللهَ عَلى أَنِّي مَا عَمَّدْتُ أَحَدًا مِنْكُم، غَيْرَ قِرِسْبُسَ وغَايُوس، 15 لِئَلاَّ يَقُولَ أَحَدٌ إِنَّكُم بِاسْمِي تَعَمَّدْتَم! 16 غَيْرَ أَنِّي عَمَّدْتُ أَيْضًا بَيْتَ إِسْطِفَانَا. مَا عَدَا أُولـئِك، لا أَدْري هَلْ عَمَّدْتُ أَحَدًا آخَر! 17 فَالـمَسِيحُ لَمْ يُرْسِلْنِي لأُعَمِّدَ بَلْ لأُبَشِّر، لا بِحِكْمَةِ الكَلاَم، لِئَلاَّ يُبْطَلَ صَلِيبُ الـمَسِيح.
Evangile Arabic	1 وقَالَ لَهُم يَسُوعُ مَثَلاً في أَنَّهُ يَنْبَغي أَنْ يُصَلُّوا كُلَّ حِينٍ وَلا يَمَلُّوا، 2 قَال: "كانَ في إِحْدَى الـمُدُنِ قَاضٍ لا يَخَافُ اللهَ وَلا يَهَابُ النَّاس. 3 وَكانَ في تِلْكَ الـمَدِينَةِ أَرْمَلَةٌ تَأْتِي إِلَيْهِ قَائِلَة: أَنْصِفْني مِنْ خَصْمي! 4 وظَلَّ يَرْفُضُ طَلَبَها مُدَّةً مِنَ الزَّمَن، ولـكِنْ بَعْدَ ذـلِكَ قَالَ في نَفْسِهِ: حَتَّى ولَوكُنْتُ لا أَخَافُ اللهَ وَلا أَهَابُ النَّاس، 5 فَلأَنَّ هـذِهِ الأَرْمَلةَ تُزْعِجُني سَأُنْصِفُها، لِئَلاَّ تَظَلَّ تَأْتِي إِلى غَيْرِ نِهَايةٍ فَتُوجِعَ رَأْسِي!". 6 ثُمَّ قالَ الرَّبّ: "إِسْمَعُوا مَا يَقُولُ قَاضِي الظُّلْم. 7 أَلا يُنْصِفُ اللهُ مُخْتَارِيهِ الصَّارِخِينَ إِلَيْهِ لَيْلَ نَهَار، ولو تَمَهَّلَ في الاسْتِجَابَةِ لَهُم؟ 8 أَقُولُ لَكُم: إِنَّهُ سَيُنْصِفُهُم سَرِيعًا. ولـكِنْ مَتَى جَاءَ ابْنُ الإِنْسَان، أَتُراهُ يَجِدُ عَلَى الأَرْضِ إِيْمَانًا؟".

Lecture French	10 Frères, je vous exhorte au nom de notre Seigneur Jésus Christ : ayez tous un même langage ; qu’il n’y ait pas de division entre vous, soyez en parfaite harmonie de pensées et d’opinions. 11 Il m’a été rapporté à votre sujet, mes frères, par les gens de chez Chloé, qu’il y a entre vous des rivalités. 12 Je m’explique. Chacun de vous prend parti en disant : « Moi, j’appartiens à Paul », ou bien : « Moi, j’appartiens à Apollos », ou bien : « Moi, j’appartiens à Pierre », ou bien : « Moi, j’appartiens au Christ ». 13 Le Christ est-il donc divisé ? Est-ce Paul qui a été crucifié pour vous ? Est-ce au nom de Paul que vous avez été baptisés ? 14 Je remercie Dieu de n’avoir baptisé aucun de vous, sauf Crispus et Gaïus : 15 ainsi on ne pourra pas dire que vous avez été baptisés en mon nom. 16 En fait, j’ai aussi baptisé Stéphanas et les gens de sa maison ; et je ne sais plus si j’ai baptisé quelqu’un d’autre. 17 Le Christ, en effet, ne m’a pas envoyé pour baptiser, mais pour annoncer l’Évangile, et cela sans avoir recours au langage de la sagesse humaine, ce qui rendrait vaine la croix du Christ.
Evangile French	01 Jésus disait à ses disciples une parabole sur la nécessité pour eux de toujours prier sans se décourager : 02 « Il y avait dans une ville un juge qui ne craignait pas Dieu et ne respectait pas les hommes. 03 Dans cette même ville, il y avait une veuve qui venait lui demander : “Rends-moi justice contre mon adversaire.” 04 Longtemps il refusa ; puis il se dit : “Même si je ne crains pas Dieu et ne respecte personne, 05 comme cette veuve commence à m’ennuyer, je vais lui rendre justice pour qu’elle ne vienne plus sans cesse m’assommer.” » 06 Le Seigneur ajouta : « Écoutez bien ce que dit ce juge dépourvu de justice ! 07 Et Dieu ne ferait pas justice à ses élus, qui crient vers lui jour et nuit ? Les fait-il attendre ? 08 Je vous le déclare : bien vite, il leur fera justice. Cependant, le Fils de l’homme, quand il viendra, trouvera-t-il la foi sur la terre ? »

Lecture English	10 I urge you, brothers, in the name of our Lord Jesus Christ, that all of you agree in what you say, and that there be no divisions among you, but that you be united in the same mind and in the same purpose.f 11 For it has been reported to me about you, my brothers, by Chloe’s people, that there are rivalries among you. 12 I mean that each of you is saying, “I belong to* Paul,” or “I belong to Apollos,” or “I belong to Cephas,” or “I belong to Christ.”g 13 * Is Christ divided? Was Paul crucified for you? Or were you baptized in the name of Paul? 14 I give thanks [to God] that I baptized none of you except Crispus and Gaius,h 15 so that no one can say you were baptized in my name. 16 (I baptized the household of Stephanas also; beyond that I do not know whether I baptized anyone else.)i 17 * For Christ did not send me to baptize but to preach the gospel, and not with the wisdom of human eloquence,* so that the cross of Christ might not be emptied of its meaning.j
Evangile English	1 * Then he told them a parable about the necessity for them to pray always without becoming weary.a He said, 2 “There was a judge in a certain town who neither feared God nor respected any human being. 3 And a widow in that town used to come to him and say, ‘Render a just decision for me against my adversary.’ 4 For a long time the judge was unwilling, but eventually he thought, ‘While it is true that I neither fear God nor respect any human being, 5 * b because this widow keeps bothering me I shall deliver a just decision for her lest she finally come and strike me.’” 6 The Lord said, “Pay attention to what the dishonest judge says. 7 Will not God then secure the rights of his chosen ones who call out to him day and night? Will he be slow to answer them? 8 I tell you, he will see to it that justice is done for them speedily. But when the Son of Man comes, will he find faith on earth?”
