Lecture Arabic	9 وَلْتَكُنْ مَحَبَّتُكُم بِلا رِيَاء: تَجَنَّبُوا الشَّرّ، ولازِمُوا الـخَيْر. 10 أَحِبُّوا بَعْضُكُم بَعْضًا مَحَبَّةً أَخَوِيَّة، وبَادِرُوا بَعْضُكُم بَعْضًا بِالإِكْرَام. 11 كُونُوا في الاجْتِهَادِ غَيْرَ مُتَكَاسِلِين، وبالرُّوحِ حَارِّين، ولِلرَّبِّ عَابِدِين، 12 وبالرَّجَاءِ فَرِحِين، وفي الضِّيقِ ثَابِتِين، وعَلى الصَّلاةِ مُوَاظِبِين، 13 وفي حَاجَاتِ القَدِّيسِينَ مُشَارِكِين، وإِلى ضِيَافَةِ الغُرَبَاءِ سَاعِين. 14 بَارِكُوا الَّذِينَ يَضْطَهِدُونَكُم، بَارِكُوا ولا تَلْعَنُوا. 15 إِفْرَحُوا مَعَ الفَرِحِين، وَابْكُوا مَعَ البَاكِين. 16 كُونُوا مُتَّفِقِينَ بَعْضُكُم مَعَ بَعْض، مُتَوَاضِعِينَ لا مُتَكَبِّرِين. لا تَكُونُوا حُكَمَاءَ في عُيُونِ أَنْفُسِكُم. 17 ولا تُبَادِلُوا أَحَدًا شَرًّا بِشَرّ، واعْتَنُوا بِعَمَلِ الـخَيْرِ أَمَامَ جَمِيعِ النَّاس. 18 سَالِمُوا جَمِيعَ النَّاس، إِنْ أَمْكَن، عَلى قَدْرِ طَاقَتِكُم. 19 لا تَنْتَقِمُوا لأَنْفُسِكُم، أَيُّهَا الأَحِبَّاء، بَلِ اتْرُكُوا مَكَانًا لِغَضَبِ الله، لأَنَّهُ مَكْتُوب: "ليَ الانْتِقَامُ، يَقُولُ الرَّبّ، وَأَنَا أُجَازِي". 20 ولـكِنْ "إِنْ جَاعَ عَدُوُّكَ فأَطْعِمْهُ، وإِنْ عَطِشَ فَأَسْقِهِ، فإِنَّكَ بِفِعْلِكَ هـذَا تَرْكُمُ عَلى رأْسِهِ جَمْرَ نَار". 21 لا تَدَعِ الشَّرَّ يَغْلِبُكَ، بَلِ اغْلِبِ الشَّرَّ بِالـخَيْر.
Evangile Arabic	31 ومَتَى جَاءَ ابْنُ الإِنْسَانِ في مَجْدِهِ، وجَمِيعُ الـمَلائِكَةِ مَعَهُ، يَجْلِسُ على عَرْشِ مَجْدِهِ. 32 وتُجْمَعُ لَدَيْهِ جَمِيعُ الأُمَم، فَيُمَيِّزُ بَعْضَهُم مِنْ بَعْض، كَمَا يُمَيِّزُ الرَّاعِي الـخِرَافَ مِنَ الـجِدَاء. 33 ويُقِيمُ الـخِرَافَ عَنْ يَمِينِهِ وَالـجِدَاءَ عَنْ شِمَالِهِ. 34 حِينَئِذٍ يَقُولُ الـمَلِكُ لِلَّذينَ عَنْ يَمِينِهِ: تَعَالَوا، يَا مُبَارَكي أَبي، رِثُوا الـمَلَكُوتَ الـمُعَدَّ لَكُم مُنْذُ إِنْشَاءِ العَالَم؛ 35 لأَنِّي جُعْتُ فَأَطْعَمْتُمُونِي، وعَطِشْتُ فَسَقَيْتُمُونِي، وكُنْتُ غَريبًا فَآوَيْتُمُوني، 36 وعُرْيَانًا فَكَسَوْتُمُوني، ومَريضًا فَزُرْتُمُونِي، ومَحْبُوسًا فَأَتَيْتُم إِليّ. 37 حِينَئِذٍ يُجِيبُهُ الأَبْرَارُ قَائِلين: يَا رَبّ، مَتَى رَأَيْنَاكَ جَائِعًا فَأَطْعَمْنَاك، أَو عَطْشَانَ فَسَقَيْنَاك؟ 38 ومَتَى رَأَيْنَاكَ غَريبًا فَآوَيْنَاك، أَو عُرْيَانًا فَكَسَوْنَاك؟ 39 ومَتَى رَأَيْنَاكَ مَريضًا أَو مَحْبُوسًا فَأَتَيْنَا إِلَيْك؟ 40 فَيُجِيبُ الـمَلِكُ ويَقُولُ لَهُم: أَلـحَقَّ أَقُولُ لَكُم: كُلُّ مَا عَمِلْتُمُوهُ لأَحَدِ إِخْوَتِي هـؤُلاءِ الصِّغَار، فَلِي عَمِلْتُمُوه! 41 ثُمَّ يَقُولُ لِلَّذينَ عَنْ شِمَالِهِ: إِذْهَبُوا عَنِّي، يَا مَلاعِين، إِلى النَّارِ الأَبَدِيَّةِ الـمُعَدَّةِ لإِبْلِيسَ وجُنُودِهِ؛ 42 لأَنِّي جُعْتُ فَمَا أَطْعَمْتُمُونِي، وعَطِشْتُ فَمَا سَقَيْتُمُوني، 43 وكُنْتُ غَريبًا فَمَا آوَيْتُمُونِي، وعُرْيَانًا فَمَا كَسَوْتُمُونِي، ومَرِيضًا ومَحْبُوسًا فَمَا زُرْتُمُونِي! 44 حِينَئِذٍ يُجِيبُهُ هـؤُلاءِ أَيْضًا قَائِلين: يَا رَبّ، مَتَى رَأَيْنَاكَ جاَئِعًا أَوْ عَطْشَانَ أَوْ غَرِيبًا أَو مَريضًا أَو مَحْبُوسًا ومَا خَدَمْنَاك؟ 45 حِينَئِذٍ يُجِيبُهُم قِائِلاً: أَلـحَقَّ أَقُولُ لَكُم: كُلُّ مَا لَمْ تَعْمَلُوهُ لأَحَدِ هـؤُلاءِ الصِّغَار، فلِي لَمْ تَعْمَلُوه. 46 ويَذْهَبُ هـؤُلاءِ إِلى العَذَابِ الأَبَدِيّ، والأَبْرَارُ إِلى الـحَيَاةِ الأَبَدِيَّة".

Lecture French	09 Que votre amour soit sans hypocrisie. Fuyez le mal avec horreur, attachez-vous au bien. 10 Soyez unis les uns aux autres par l’affection fraternelle, rivalisez de respect les uns pour les autres. 11 Ne ralentissez pas votre élan, restez dans la ferveur de l’Esprit, servez le Seigneur, 12 ayez la joie de l’espérance, tenez bon dans l’épreuve, soyez assidus à la prière. 13 Partagez avec les fidèles qui sont dans le besoin, pratiquez l’hospitalité avec empressement. 14 Bénissez ceux qui vous persécutent ; souhaitez-leur du bien, et non pas du mal. 15 Soyez joyeux avec ceux qui sont dans la joie, pleurez avec ceux qui pleurent. 16 Soyez bien d’accord les uns avec les autres ; n’ayez pas le goût des grandeurs, mais laissez-vous attirer par ce qui est humble. Ne vous fiez pas à votre propre jugement. 17 Ne rendez à personne le mal pour le mal, appliquez-vous à bien agir aux yeux de tous les hommes. 18 Autant que possible, pour ce qui dépend de vous, vivez en paix avec tous les hommes. 19 Bien-aimés, ne vous faites pas justice vous-mêmes, mais laissez agir la colère de Dieu. Car l’Écriture dit : C’est à moi de faire justice, c’est moi qui rendrai à chacun ce qui lui revient, dit le Seigneur. 20 Mais si ton ennemi a faim, donne-lui à manger ; s’il a soif, donne-lui à boire : en agissant ainsi, tu entasseras sur sa tête des charbons ardents. 21 Ne te laisse pas vaincre par le mal, mais sois vainqueur du mal par le bien.
Evangile French	31 « Quand le Fils de l’homme viendra dans sa gloire, et tous les anges avec lui, alors il siégera sur son trône de gloire. 32 Toutes les nations seront rassemblées devant lui ; il séparera les hommes les uns des autres, comme le berger sépare les brebis des boucs : 33 il placera les brebis à sa droite, et les boucs à gauche. 34 Alors le Roi dira à ceux qui seront à sa droite : “Venez, les bénis de mon Père, recevez en héritage le Royaume préparé pour vous depuis la fondation du monde. 35 Car j’avais faim, et vous m’avez donné à manger ; j’avais soif, et vous m’avez donné à boire ; j’étais un étranger, et vous m’avez accueilli ; 36 j’étais nu, et vous m’avez habillé ; j’étais malade, et vous m’avez visité ; j’étais en prison, et vous êtes venus jusqu’à moi !” 37 Alors les justes lui répondront : “Seigneur, quand est-ce que nous t’avons vu… ? tu avais donc faim, et nous t’avons nourri ? tu avais soif, et nous t’avons donné à boire ? 38 tu étais un étranger, et nous t’avons accueilli ? tu étais nu, et nous t’avons habillé ? 39 tu étais malade ou en prison… Quand sommes-nous venus jusqu’à toi ?” 40 Et le Roi leur répondra : “Amen, je vous le dis : chaque fois que vous l’avez fait à l’un de ces plus petits de mes frères, c’est à moi que vous l’avez fait.” 41 Alors il dira à ceux qui seront à sa gauche : “Allez-vous-en loin de moi, vous les maudits, dans le feu éternel préparé pour le diable et ses anges. 42 Car j’avais faim, et vous ne m’avez pas donné à manger ; j’avais soif, et vous ne m’avez pas donné à boire ; 43 j’étais un étranger, et vous ne m’avez pas accueilli ; j’étais nu, et vous ne m’avez pas habillé ; j’étais malade et en prison, et vous ne m’avez pas visité.” 44 Alors ils répondront, eux aussi : “Seigneur, quand t’avons-nous vu avoir faim, avoir soif, être nu, étranger, malade ou en prison, sans nous mettre à ton service ?” 45 Il leur répondra : “Amen, je vous le dis : chaque fois que vous ne l’avez pas fait à l’un de ces plus petits, c’est à moi que vous ne l’avez pas fait.” 46 Et ils s’en iront, ceux-ci au châtiment éternel, et les justes, à la vie éternelle. »

Lecture English	9 Let love be sincere; hate what is evil, hold on to what is good;f 10 love one another with mutual affection; anticipate one another in showing honor.g 11 Do not grow slack in zeal, be fervent in spirit, serve the Lord.h 12 Rejoice in hope, endure in affliction, persevere in prayer.i 13 Contribute to the needs of the holy ones,j exercise hospitality. 14 * Bless those who persecute [you],k bless and do not curse them.l 15 Rejoice with those who rejoice, weep with those who weep.m 16 Have the same regard for one another; do not be haughty but associate with the lowly; do not be wise in your own estimation.n 17 Do not repay anyone evil for evil; be concerned for what is noble in the sight of all.o 18 If possible, on your part, live at peace with all.p 19 Beloved, do not look for revenge but leave room for the wrath; for it is written, “Vengeance is mine, I will repay, says the Lord.”q 20 Rather, “if your enemy is hungry, feed him; if he is thirsty, give him something to drink; for by so doing you will heap burning coals upon his head.”r 21 Do not be conquered by evil but conquer evil with good.
Evangile English	31 f “When the Son of Man comes in his glory, and all the angels with him, he will sit upon his glorious throne, 32 g and all the nations* will be assembled before him. And he will separate them one from another, as a shepherd separates the sheep from the goats. 33 He will place the sheep on his right and the goats on his left. 34 Then the king will say to those on his right, ‘Come, you who are blessed by my Father. Inherit the kingdom prepared for you from the foundation of the world. 35 h For I was hungry and you gave me food, I was thirsty and you gave me drink, a stranger and you welcomed me, 36 naked and you clothed me, ill and you cared for me, in prison and you visited me.’ 37 Then the righteous* will answer him and say, ‘Lord, when did we see you hungry and feed you, or thirsty and give you drink? 38 When did we see you a stranger and welcome you, or naked and clothe you? 39 When did we see you ill or in prison, and visit you?’ 40 i And the king will say to them in reply, ‘Amen, I say to you, whatever you did for one of these least brothers of mine, you did for me.’ 41 * j Then he will say to those on his left, ‘Depart from me, you accursed, into the eternal fire prepared for the devil and his angels. 42 k For I was hungry and you gave me no food, I was thirsty and you gave me no drink, 43 a stranger and you gave me no welcome, naked and you gave me no clothing, ill and in prison, and you did not care for me.’ 44 * Then they will answer and say, ‘Lord, when did we see you hungry or thirsty or a stranger or naked or ill or in prison, and not minister to your needs?’ 45 He will answer them, ‘Amen, I say to you, what you did not do for one of these least ones, you did not do for me.’ 46 l And these will go off to eternal punishment, but the righteous to eternal life.”
