Lecture Arabic	1 وذُرْوَةُ الكَلامِ في هـذَا الـمَوْضُوع، هُوَ أَنَّ لَنا عَظِيمَ أَحْبَارٍ مِثْلَ هـذَا، قَد جَلَسَ عَنْ يَمِينِ عَرْشِ الـجَلالَةِ في السَّمَاوَات. 2 وصارَ خَادِمًا للأَقْدَاسِ والـمَسْكِنِ الـحَقِيقِيّ، الَّذي نَصَبَهُ الرَّبُّ لا الإِنْسَان. 3 فإِنَّ كُلَّ عَظِيمِ أَحْبَارٍ يُقَامُ لِيُقَرِّبَ تَقَادِمَ وذَبَائِح. لِذـلِكَ فَمِنَ الضَّرُورِيِّ أَنْ يَكُونَ لِعَظِيمِ أَحْبَارِنَا، هُوَ أَيْضًا، شَيءٌ يُقَرِّبُهُ. 4 فَلَو كَانَ عَظِيمُ أَحْبَارِنَا على هـذِهِ الأَرْض، لَـمَا كَانَ حَتَّى كاهِنًا، لأَنَّ هُنَاكَ كَهَنَةً يُقَرِّبُونَ التَّقَادِمَ وَفْقًا لِلشَّرِيعَة. 5 وهـؤُلاءِ إِنَّمَا يَخْدُمُونَ صُورَةً وظِلاًّ لِمَا في السَّمَاوَات، كَمَا أُوحِيَ إِلى مُوسَى، حينَ هَمَّ أَنْ يُنْشِئَ الـمَسْكِن، فقِيلَ لَهُ: " أُنْظُر، واصْنَعْ كُلَّ شَيءٍ على الْمِثَالِ الَّذي أَنَا أُرِيكَ إِيَّاهُ في الـجَبَل". 6 أَمَّا الآن، فإِنَّ عَظِيمَ أَحْبَارِنَا قَد حَصَلَ على خِدْمَةٍ أَسْمَى، بِمِقْدَارِ مَا هُو وَسِيطٌ لِعَهْدٍ أَفْضَل، مُؤَسَّسٍ على وُعُودٍ أَفْضَل.
Evangile Arabic	1 أَلـحَقَّ الـحَقَّ أَقُولُ لَكُم: مَنْ لا يَدْخُلُ حَظيرَةَ الـخِرَافِ مِنْ بَابِهَا، بَلْ يَتَسَلَّقُ مِنْ مَوْضِعٍ آخَر، فَهُوَ لِصٌّ وسَارِق. 2 أَمَّا مَنْ يَدْخُلُ مِنَ البَابِ فَهُوَ رَاعِي الـخِرَاف. 3 لَهُ يَفْتَحُ البَوَّاب، وَالـخِرَافُ تَسْمَعُ صَوْتَهُ، فَيَدْعُو خِرَافَهُ بِأَسْمَائِهَا ويُخْرِجُهَا. 4 وعِنْدَمَا يُخْرِجُ كُلَّ خِرَافِهِ، يَسيرُ قُدَّامَهَا، والـخِرَافُ تَتْبَعُهُ، لأَنَّهَا تَعْرِفُ صَوْتَهُ. 5 أَمَّا الغَرِيبُ فَلَنْ تَتْبَعَهُ بَلْ تَهْرُبُ مِنْهُ، لأَنَّهَا لا تَعْرِفُ صَوْتَ الغُرَبَاء". 6 قَالَ لَهُم يَسُوعُ هـذَا الـمَثَل، فَلَمْ يَفْهَمُوا مَا كَانَ يُكَلِّمُهُم بِهِ.

Lecture French	01 Et voici l’essentiel de ce que nous voulons dire : c’est bien ce grand prêtre-là que nous avons, lui qui s’est assis à la droite de la Majesté divine dans les cieux, 02 après avoir accompli le service du véritable Sanctuaire et de la véritable Tente, celle qui a été dressée par le Seigneur et non par un homme. 03 Tout grand prêtre est établi pour offrir des dons et des sacrifices ; il était donc nécessaire que notre grand prêtre ait, lui aussi, quelque chose à offrir. 04 À vrai dire, s’il était sur la terre, il ne serait même pas prêtre, puisqu’il y a déjà les prêtres qui offrent les dons conformément à la Loi : 05 ceux-ci rendent leur culte dans un sanctuaire qui est une image et une ébauche des réalités célestes, comme en témoigne l’oracle reçu par Moïse au moment où il allait construire la Tente : Regarde, dit le Seigneur, tu exécuteras tout selon le modèle qui t’a été montré sur la montagne. 06 Quant au grand prêtre que nous avons, le service qui lui revient se distingue d’autant plus que lui est médiateur d’une alliance meilleure, reposant sur de meilleures promesses.
Evangile French	01 « Amen, amen, je vous le dis : celui qui entre dans l’enclos des brebis sans passer par la porte, mais qui escalade par un autre endroit, celui-là est un voleur et un bandit. 02 Celui qui entre par la porte, c’est le pasteur, le berger des brebis. 03 Le portier lui ouvre, et les brebis écoutent sa voix. Ses brebis à lui, il les appelle chacune par son nom, et il les fait sortir. 04 Quand il a poussé dehors toutes les siennes, il marche à leur tête, et les brebis le suivent, car elles connaissent sa voix. 05 Jamais elles ne suivront un étranger, mais elles s’enfuiront loin de lui, car elles ne connaissent pas la voix des étrangers. » 06 Jésus employa cette image pour s’adresser à eux, mais eux ne comprirent pas de quoi il leur parlait.

Lecture English	1 The main point of what has been said is this: we have such a high priest, who has taken his seat at the right hand of the throne of the Majesty in heaven,a 2 a minister of the sanctuary* and of the true tabernacle that the Lord, not man, set up.b 3 Now every high priest is appointed to offer gifts and sacrifices; thus the necessity for this one also to have something to offer.c 4 If then he were on earth, he would not be a priest, since there are those who offer gifts according to the law.d 5 They worship in a copy and shadow of the heavenly sanctuary, as Moses was warned when he was about to erect the tabernacle. For he says, “See that you make everything according to the pattern shown you on the mountain.”e 6 Now he has obtained so much more excellent a ministry as he is mediator of a better covenant, enacted on better promises.f
Evangile English	1 * “Amen, amen, I say to you,a whoever does not enter a sheepfold* through the gate but climbs over elsewhere is a thief and a robber. 2 But whoever enters through the gate is the shepherd of the sheep. 3 The gatekeeper opens it for him, and the sheep hear his voice, as he calls his own sheep by name and leads them out. 4 * When he has driven out all his own, he walks ahead of them, and the sheep follow him,b because they recognize his voice. 5 But they will not follow a stranger; they will run away from him, because they do not recognize the voice of strangers.” 6 Although Jesus used this figure of speech,* they did not realize what he was trying to tell them.
