Lecture Arabic	26 فإِنْ نَخْطَأْ عَمْدًا، بَعْدَ أَنْ نِلْنَا مَعْرِفَةَ الـحَقّ، فلا يَبْقَى مِن بَعْدُ ذَبيحَةٌ عَنِ الـخَطايَا، 27 بَلِ انْتِظَارٌ رَهِيبٌ لِلدَّيْنُونَة، وَلَهِيبُ نَارٍ يَلْتَهِمُ الـمُعَانِدِين. 28 مَنْ خَالَفَ شَرِيعَةَ مُوسَى يُقْتَلُ بِلا رَحْمَة، بِشَهَادَةِ اثْنَيْنِ أَو ثَلاثَة، 29 فَكَم تَظُنُّونَ يَسْتَوجِبُ عِقَابًا أَشَدّ، مَنْ دَاسَ ابْنَ الله، وحَسِبَ دَمَ العَهْد، الَّذي تَقَدَّسَ بِهِ، نَجِسًا، وأَهَانَ رُوحَ النِّعْمَة؟! 30 فَنَحْنُ نَعْرِفُ الَّذي قَال: "لِيَ الانْتِقَامُ، أَنَا أُجَازِي"، وقال: "إِنَّ الرَّبَّ سَيَدِينُ شَعْبَهُ". 31 رَهِيبٌ هوَ الوُقُوعُ في يَدَيِ اللهِ الـحَيّ!
Evangile Arabic	14 أَنَا وَهَبْتُ لَهُم كَلِمَتَكَ، فَأَبْغَضَهُمُ العَالَم، لأَنَّهُم لَيْسُوا مِنَ العَالَم، كَمَا أَنِّي لَسْتُ مِنَ العَالَم. 15 لا أَسْأَلُ أَنْ تَرْفَعَهُم مِنَ العَالَم، بَلْ أَنْ تَحْفَظَهُم مِنَ الشِّرِّير. 16 هُمْ لَيْسُوا مِنَ العَالَم، كَمَا أَنِّي لَسْتُ مِنَ العَالَم. 17 قَدِّسْهُم في الـحَقّ. كَلِمَتُكَ هِيَ الـحَقّ. 18 كَمَا أَرْسَلْتَنِي إِلى العَالَم، أَنَا أَيْضًا أَرْسَلْتُهُم إِلى العَالَم. 19 وأَنَا أُقَدِّسُ ذَاتِي مِنْ أَجْلِهِم، لِيَكُونُوا هُم أَيْضًا مُقَدَّسِينَ في الـحَقّ.

Lecture French	26 Car si nous demeurons volontairement dans le péché après avoir reçu la pleine connaissance de la vérité, il ne reste plus pour les péchés aucun sacrifice, 27 mais une attente redoutable du jugement et l’ardeur d’un feu qui va dévorer les rebelles. 28 Si quelqu’un enfreint la loi de Moïse, c’est sans pitié qu’il est mis à mort sur la parole de deux ou trois témoins. 29 Qu’en pensez-vous ? Ne sera-t-elle pas encore plus grave, la peine que méritera celui qui aura foulé aux pieds le Fils de Dieu, tenu pour profane le sang de l’Alliance par lequel il a été sanctifié, et outragé l’Esprit qui donne la grâce ? 30 Car nous connaissons celui qui a dit : C’est à moi de faire justice, c’est moi qui rendrai à chacun ce qui lui revient ; et encore : Le Seigneur jugera son peuple. 31 Il est redoutable de tomber entre les mains du Dieu vivant !
Evangile French	14 Moi, je leur ai donné ta parole, et le monde les a pris en haine parce qu’ils n’appartiennent pas au monde, de même que moi je n’appartiens pas au monde. 15 Je ne prie pas pour que tu les retires du monde, mais pour que tu les gardes du Mauvais. 16 Ils n’appartiennent pas au monde, de même que moi, je n’appartiens pas au monde. 17 Sanctifie-les dans la vérité : ta parole est vérité. 18 De même que tu m’as envoyé dans le monde, moi aussi, je les ai envoyés dans le monde. 19 Et pour eux je me sanctifie moi-même, afin qu’ils soient, eux aussi, sanctifiés dans la vérité.

Lecture English	26 * s If we sin deliberately after receiving knowledge of the truth, there no longer remains sacrifice for sins 27 but a fearful prospect of judgment and a flaming fire that is going to consume the adversaries.t 28 Anyone who rejects the law of Moses* is put to death without pity on the testimony of two or three witnesses.u 29 Do you not think that a much worse punishment is due the one who has contempt for the Son of God, considers unclean the covenant-blood by which he was consecrated, and insults the spirit of grace?v 30 We know the one who said: “Vengeance is mine; I will repay,” and again: “The Lord will judge his people.”w 31 It is a fearful thing to fall into the hands of the living God.x
Evangile English	14 I gave them your word, and the world hated them, because they do not belong to the world any more than I belong to the world.i 15 * I do not ask that you take them out of the worldj but that you keep them from the evil one. 16 They do not belong to the world any more than I belong to the world. 17 Consecrate them in the truth. Your word is truth.k 18 As you sent me into the world, so I sent them into the world.l 19 And I consecrate myself for them, so that they also may be consecrated in truth.
