Lecture Arabic	11 لِذ,لِكَ تَذَكَّروُا، أَنْتُمُ الوَثَنِيِّينَ في الـجَسَدِ سَابِقًا، أَلـمَدعُوِّينَ أَهْلَ عَدَمِ الـخِتَانَةِ عِنْدَ الـمَدعُوِّينَ أَهْلَ الـخِتَانَة، بفِعْلِ اليَدِ في الـجَسَد، 12 تَذَكَّرُوا أَنَّكُم كُنْتُمْ في ذ,لِكَ الوَقْتِ بِدُونِ مَسِيح، مُبْعَدِينَ عَنْ رَعِيَّةِ إِسْرَائِيل، وغُرَبَاءَ عنِ عُهُودِ الوَعْد، لا رَجَاءَ لَكُم في العَالَمِ ولا إِلـه؛ 13 أَمَّا الآنَ فَفِي الـمَسِيحِ يَسُوعَ أَنْتُمُ الَّذِينَ كُنْتُم مِنْ قَبْلُ بَعِيدِين، صِرْتُم بِدَمِ الـمَسِيحِ قَرِيبِين. 14 فَإِنَّهُ هُوَ سَلامُنَا، هُوَ جَعَلَ الاثْنَيْنِ وَاحِدًا، وفي جَسَدِهِ نَقَضَ الـجِدَارَ الفَاصِلَ بَيْنَهُمَا، أَي العَدَاوَة، 15 وأَبْطَلَ شَريعَةَ الوَصَايَا بِمَا فِيهَا مِنْ فَرائِض، لِيَخْلُقَ الاثْنَينِ في شَخْصِهِ إِنْسَانًا وَاحِدًا جَدِيدًا، بإِحْلالِهِ السَّلامَ بَيْنَهُمَا، 16 ويُصَالِحَهُمَا مَعَ الله، كِلَيْهِمَا في جَسَدٍ وَاحِد، بِالصَّليب، قَاتِلاً فيهِ العَدَاوَةَ بَيْنَهُمَا.
Evangile Arabic	1 ثُمَّ دَخَلَ أَرِيْحا وَبَدأَ يَجْتَازُها، 2 وإِذَا رَجُلٌ اسْمُهُ زَكَّا، كانَ رَئِيسًا لِلْعَشَّارِينَ وَغَنِيًّا. 3 وكَانَ يَسْعَى لِيَرَى مَنْ هُوَ يَسُوع، فَلَمْ يَقْدِرْ بِسَبَبِ الـجَمْعِ لأَنَّهُ كانَ قَصِيرَ القَامَة. 4 فَتَقَدَّمَ مُسْرِعًا وَتَسَلَّقَ جُمَّيْزَةً لِكَي يَرَاه، لأَنَّ يَسُوعَ كانَ مُزْمِعًا أَنْ يَمُرَّ بِهَا. 5 وَلَمَّا وَصَلَ يَسُوعُ إِلَى الـمَكَان، رَفَعَ نَظَرَهُ إِلَيْهِ وقَالَ لَهُ: "يَا زَكَّا، أَسْرِعْ وانْزِلْ، فَعَلَيَّ أَنْ أُقِيمَ اليَومَ في بَيْتِكَ". 6 فَأَسْرَعَ وَنَزَلَ واسْتَقْبَلَهُ في بَيْتِهِ مَسْرُورًا. 7 وَرَأَى الـجَمِيعُ ذـلِكَ فَأَخَذُوا يَتَذَمَّرُونَ قَائِلين: "دَخَلَ لِيَبِيتَ عِنْدَ رَجُلٍ خَاطِئ". 8 أَمَّا زَكَّا فَوَقَفَ وَقَالَ لِلرَّبّ: "يَا رَبّ، هَا أَنَا أُعْطِي نِصْفَ مُقْتَنَياتِي لِلْفُقَرَاء، وَإنْ كُنْتُ قَدْ ظَلَمْتُ أَحَدًا بِشَيء، فَإِنِّي أَرُدُّ لَهُ أَرْبَعَةَ أَضْعَاف". 9 فقَالَ لَهُ يَسُوع: "أَليَومَ صَارَ الـخَلاصُ لِهـذَا البَيْت، لأَنَّ هـذَا الرَّجُلَ هُوَ أَيْضًا ابْنٌ لإِبْرَاهِيم. 10 فإِنَّ ابْنَ الإِنْسَانِ جَاءَ لِيَبْحَثَ عَنِ الضَّائِعِ وَيُخَلِّصَهُ".

Lecture French	11 Vous qui autrefois étiez païens, traités de « non-circoncis » par ceux qui se disent circoncis à cause d’une opération pratiquée dans la chair, souvenez-vous donc 12 qu’en ce temps-là vous n’aviez pas le Christ, vous n’aviez pas droit de cité avec Israël, vous étiez étrangers aux alliances et à la promesse, vous n’aviez pas d’espérance et, dans le monde, vous étiez sans Dieu. 13 Mais maintenant, dans le Christ Jésus, vous qui autrefois étiez loin, vous êtes devenus proches par le sang du Christ. 14 C’est lui, le Christ, qui est notre paix : des deux, le Juif et le païen, il a fait une seule réalité ; par sa chair crucifiée, il a détruit ce qui les séparait, le mur de la haine ; 15 il a supprimé les prescriptions juridiques de la loi de Moïse. Ainsi, à partir des deux, le Juif et le païen, il a voulu créer en lui un seul Homme nouveau en faisant la paix, 16 et réconcilier avec Dieu les uns et les autres en un seul corps par le moyen de la croix ; en sa personne, il a tué la haine.
Evangile French	01 Entré dans la ville de Jéricho, Jésus la traversait. 02 Or, il y avait un homme du nom de Zachée ; il était le chef des collecteurs d’impôts, et c’était quelqu’un de riche. 03 Il cherchait à voir qui était Jésus, mais il ne le pouvait pas à cause de la foule, car il était de petite taille. 04 Il courut donc en avant et grimpa sur un sycomore pour voir Jésus qui allait passer par là. 05 Arrivé à cet endroit, Jésus leva les yeux et lui dit : « Zachée, descends vite : aujourd’hui il faut que j’aille demeurer dans ta maison. » 06 Vite, il descendit et reçut Jésus avec joie. 07 Voyant cela, tous récriminaient : « Il est allé loger chez un homme qui est un pécheur. » 08 Zachée, debout, s’adressa au Seigneur : « Voici, Seigneur : je fais don aux pauvres de la moitié de mes biens, et si j’ai fait du tort à quelqu’un, je vais lui rendre quatre fois plus. » 09 Alors Jésus dit à son sujet : « Aujourd’hui, le salut est arrivé pour cette maison, car lui aussi est un fils d’Abraham. 10 En effet, le Fils de l’homme est venu chercher et sauver ce qui était perdu. »

Lecture English	11 Therefore, remember that at one time you, Gentiles in the flesh, called the uncircumcision by those called the circumcision, which is done in the flesh by human hands, 12 were at that time without Christ, alienated from the community of Israel* and strangers to the covenants of promise, without hope and without God in the world.j 13 But now in Christ Jesus you who once were far off have become near by the blood of Christ.k 14 * For he is our peace, he who made both one and broke down the dividing wall of enmity, through his flesh,l 15 abolishing the law with its commandments and legal claims, that he might create in himself one new person* in place of the two, thus establishing peace,m 16 and might reconcile both with God, in one body, through the cross, putting that enmity to death by it.n
Evangile English	1 He came to Jericho and intended to pass through the town. 2 Now a man there named Zacchaeus, who was a chief tax collector and also a wealthy man, 3 was seeking to see who Jesus was; but he could not see him because of the crowd, for he was short in stature. 4 So he ran ahead and climbed a sycamore tree in order to see Jesus, who was about to pass that way. 5 When he reached the place, Jesus looked up and said to him, “Zacchaeus, come down quickly, for today I must stay at your house.” 6 And he came down quickly and received him with joy. 7 When they all saw this, they began to grumble, saying, “He has gone to stay at the house of a sinner.”a 8 But Zacchaeus stood there and said to the Lord, “Behold, half of my possessions, Lord, I shall give to the poor, and if I have extorted anything from anyone I shall repay it four times over.”b 9 * And Jesus said to him, “Today salvationc has come to this house because this man too is a descendant of Abraham. 10 * d For the Son of Man has come to seek and to save what was lost.”
