Lecture Arabic	1 مِنْ بُولُسَ وطِيمُوتَاوُس، عَبْدَي الـمَسيحِ يَسُوع، إِلى جَميعِ القِدِّيسِينَ في الـمَسِيحِ يَسُوع، الَّذِينَ في فِيلِبِّي، مع الأَساقِفَةِ والشَّمامِسَة: 2 أَلنِّعْمَةُ لَكُم، والسَّلامُ منَ اللهِ أَبينَا والرَّبِّ يَسُوعَ الـمَسِيح! 3 أَشْكُرُ إِلـهِي، كُلَّمَا ذَكَرْتُكُم، 4 ضَارِعًا بِفَرَحٍ على الدَّوَامِ في كُلِّ صَلَواتِي مِنْ أَجْلِكُم جَمِيعًا، 5 لِمُشَارَكَتِكُم في الإِنْجِيلِ مُنْذُ أَوَّلِ يَومٍ إِلى الآن. 6 وإِنِّي لَوَاثِقٌ أَنَّ الَّذي بَدأَ فِيكُم هـذَا العَمَلَ الصَّالِحَ سَيُكَمِّلُهُ حتَّى يَومِ الـمَسِيحِ يَسُوع. 7 فَإِنَّهُ مِنَ العَدْلِ أَنْ يَكُونَ لي هـذَا الشُّعُورُ نَحْوَكُم جَمِيعًا، لأَنِّي أَحْمِلُكُم في قَلبي، أَنْتُم جَميعًا شُرَكائِي في نِعْمَتِي، سَواءً في قُيُودِي أَو في دِفَاعِي عَنِ الإِنْجِيلِ وتَثْبِيتِهِ، 8 فَإِنَّ اللهَ شَاهِدٌ لي كَمْ أَتَشَوَّقُ إِلَيكُم جـَمِيعًا في أَحْشَاءِ الـمَسِيحِ يَسُوع. 9 وهـذِهِ صَلاتي أَنْ تَزْدَادَ مَحَبَّتُكُم أَكْثَرَ فَأَكْثَرَ في كُلِّ فَهْمٍ ومَعْرِفَة، 10 لِتُمَيِّزُوا مَا هُوَ الأَفْضَل، فتَكُونوا أَنْقِيَاءَ وبِغَيْرِ عِثَارٍ إِلى يَوْمِ الـمَسِيح، 11 مُمْتَلِئِينَ مِن ثَمَر البِرِّ بِيَسُوعَ الـمَسِيحِ لِمَجْدِ اللهِ ومَدْحِهِ. 12 أُرِيدُ أَنْ تَعْلَمُوا، أَيُّهَا الإِخْوَة، أَنَّ مَا حَدَثَ لي قَد أَدَّى بِالـحَرِيِّ إِلى نَجَاحِ الإِنْجِيل، 13 حتَّى إِنَّ قُيُودِي مِن أَجْلِ الـمَسِيحِ صَارَتْ مَشْهُورَةً في دَارِ الوِلايَةِ كُلِّهَا، وفي كُلِّ مَكَانٍ آخَر.
Evangile Arabic	12 في الغَد، لَمَّا سَمِعَ الـجَمْعُ الكَثِير، الَّذي أَتَى إِلى العِيد، أَنَّ يَسُوعَ آتٍ إِلى أُورَشَليم، 13 حَمَلُوا سَعَفَ النَّخْلِ، وخَرَجُوا إِلى مُلاقَاتِهِ وهُمْ يَصْرُخُون: "هُوشَعْنَا! مُبَارَكٌ الآتِي بِاسْمِ الرَّبّ، مَلِكُ إِسرائِيل". 14 ووَجَدَ يَسُوعُ جَحْشًا فَرَكِبَ عَلَيْه، كَمَا هُوَ مَكْتُوب: 15 "لا تَخَافِي، يَا ابْنَةَ صِهْيُون، هُوَذَا مَلِكُكِ يَأْتِي رَاكِبًا عَلى جَحْشٍ ابْنِ أَتَان". 16 ومَا فَهِمَ تَلامِيذُهُ ذـلِكَ، أَوَّلَ الأَمْر، ولـكِنَّهُم تَذَكَّرُوا، حِينَ مُجِّدَ يَسُوع، أَنَّ ذـلِكَ كُتِبَ عَنْهُ، وأَنَّهُم صَنَعُوهُ لَهُ. 17 والـجَمْعُ الَّذي كَانَ مَعَ يَسُوع، حِينَ دَعَا لَعَازَرَ مِنَ القَبْرِ وأَقَامَهُ مِنْ بَيْنِ الأَمْوَات، كَانَ يَشْهَدُ لَهُ. 18 مِنْ أَجْلِ هـذَا أَيْضًا لاقَاهُ الـجَمْع، لأَنَّهُم سَمِعُوا أَنَّهُ صَنَعَ تِلْكَ الآيَة. 19 فَقَالَ الفَرِّيسِيُّونَ بَعْضُهُم لِبَعْض: "أُنْظُرُوا: إِنَّكُم لا تَنْفَعُونَ شَيْئًا! هَا هُوَ العَالَمُ قَدْ ذَهَبَ ورَاءَهُ!". 20 وكَانَ بَينَ الصَّاعِدِينَ لِيَسْجُدُوا في العِيد، بَعْضُ اليُونَانِيِّين. 21 فَدَنَا هـؤُلاءِ مِنْ فِيلِبُّسَ الَّذي مِنْ بَيْتَ صَيْدَا الـجَلِيل، وسَأَلُوهُ قَائِلين:"يَا سَيِّد، نُرِيدُ أَنْ نَرَى يَسُوع". 22 فَجَاءَ فِيلِبُّسُ وقَالَ لأَنْدرَاوُس، وجَاءَ أَنْدرَاوُسُ وفِيلِبُّسُ وقَالا لِيَسُوع.

Lecture French	01 PAUL ET TIMOTHEE, serviteurs du Christ Jésus, à tous ceux qui sont sanctifiés dans le Christ Jésus et habitent à Philippes, ainsi qu’aux responsables et aux ministres de l’Église. 02 À vous, la grâce et la paix de la part de Dieu notre Père et du Seigneur Jésus Christ. 03 Je rends grâce à mon Dieu chaque fois que je fais mémoire de vous. 04 À tout moment, chaque fois que je prie pour vous tous, c’est avec joie que je le fais, 05 à cause de votre communion avec moi, dès le premier jour jusqu’à maintenant, pour l’annonce de l’Évangile. 06 J’en suis persuadé, celui qui a commencé en vous un si beau travail le continuera jusqu’à son achèvement au jour où viendra le Christ Jésus. 07 Il est donc juste que j’aie de telles dispositions à l’égard de vous tous, car je vous porte dans mon cœur, vous qui communiez tous à la grâce qui m’est faite dans mes chaînes comme dans la défense de l’Évangile et son annonce ferme. 08 Oui, Dieu est témoin de ma vive affection pour vous tous dans la tendresse du Christ Jésus. 09 Et, dans ma prière, je demande que votre amour vous fasse progresser de plus en plus dans la pleine connaissance et en toute clairvoyance 10 pour discerner ce qui est important. Ainsi, serez-vous purs et irréprochables pour le jour du Christ, 11 comblés du fruit de la justice qui s’obtient par Jésus Christ, pour la gloire et la louange de Dieu. 12 Je veux que vous le sachiez, frères : ce qui m’arrive a plutôt fait progresser l’annonce de l’Évangile ; 13 ainsi donc, dans tout le prétoire et partout ailleurs, mes chaînes manifestent mon attachement au Christ,
Evangile French	12 Le lendemain, la grande foule venue pour la fête apprit que Jésus arrivait à Jérusalem. 13 Les gens prirent des branches de palmiers et sortirent à sa rencontre. Ils criaient : « Hosanna ! Béni soit celui qui vient au nom du Seigneur ! Béni soit le roi d’Israël ! » 14 Jésus, trouvant un petit âne, s’assit dessus, comme il est écrit : 15 Ne crains pas, fille de Sion. Voici ton roi qui vient, assis sur le petit d’une ânesse. 16 Cela, ses disciples ne le comprirent pas sur le moment ; mais, quand Jésus fut glorifié, ils se rappelèrent que l’Écriture disait cela de lui : c’était bien ce qu’on lui avait fait. 17 La foule rendait témoignage, elle qui était avec lui quand il avait appelé Lazare hors du tombeau et l’avait réveillé d’entre les morts. 18 C’est pourquoi la foule vint à sa rencontre ; elle avait entendu dire qu’il avait accompli ce signe. 19 Les pharisiens se dirent alors entre eux : « Vous voyez bien que vous n’arrivez à rien : voilà que tout le monde marche derrière lui ! » 20 Il y avait quelques Grecs parmi ceux qui étaient montés à Jérusalem pour adorer Dieu pendant la fête de la Pâque. 21 Ils abordèrent Philippe, qui était de Bethsaïde en Galilée, et lui firent cette demande : « Nous voudrions voir Jésus. » 22 Philippe va le dire à André, et tous deux vont le dire à Jésus.

Lecture English	1 Paul and Timothy, slaves* of Christ Jesus, to all the holy ones in Christ Jesus who are in Philippi, with the overseers and ministers:a 2 b grace to you and peace from God our Father and the Lord Jesus Christ.* Thanksgiving.* 3 I give thanks to my God at every remembrance of you,c 4 praying always with joy in my every prayer for all of you, 5 because of your partnership for the gospel from the first day until now. 6 d I am confident of this, that the one who began a good work in you will continue to complete it until the day of Christ Jesus.* 7 It is right that I should think this way about all of you, because I hold you in my heart, you who are all partners with me in grace, both in my imprisonment and in the defense and confirmation of the gospel. 8 For God is my witness, how I long for all of you with the affection of Christ Jesus.e 9 And this is my prayer: that your love may increase ever more and more in knowledge and every kind of perception,f 10 to discern what is of value, so that you may be pure and blameless for the day of Christ,g 11 filled with the fruit of righteousness that comes through Jesus Christ for the glory and praise of God.h 12 i I want you to know, brothers, that my situation has turned out rather to advance the gospel, 13 so that my imprisonment has become well known in Christ throughout the whole praetorium* and to all the rest,j
Evangile English	12 i On the next day, when the great crowd that had come to the feast heard that Jesus was coming to Jerusalem, 13 they took palm branches* and went out to meet him, and cried out: “Hosanna! Blessed is he who comes in the name of the Lord, [even] the king of Israel.”j 14 Jesus found an ass and sat upon it, as is written: 15 “Fear no more, O daughter Zion;* see, your king comes, seated upon an ass’s colt.”k 16 His disciples did not understand this at first, but when Jesus had been glorified they remembered that these things were written about him and that they had done this* for him.l 17 * So the crowd that was with him when he called Lazarus from the tomb and raised him from death continued to testify. 18 This was [also] why the crowd went to meet him, because they heard that he had done this sign. 19 So the Pharisees said to one another, “You see that you are gaining nothing. Look, the whole world* has gone after him.”m The Coming of Jesus’ Hour.* 20 Now there were some Greeks* among those who had come up to worship at the feast.n 21 * They came to Philip, who was from Bethsaida in Galilee, and asked him, “Sir, we would like to see Jesus.”o 22 Philip went and told Andrew; then Andrew and Philip went and told Jesus.p
