Lecture Arabic	10 عَن هـذَا الـخَلاصِ فَتَّشَ الأَنْبِياءُ وبَحَثُوا فتَنبَّأُوا بِالنِّعْمَةِ الـمُعَدَّةِ لَكُم، 11 وبَحَثُوا عَنِ الزَّمَانِ والأَحْوَالِ الَّتي كَانَ يَدُلُّ عَليهَا رُوحُ الْمَسِيحِ الَّذي فيهِم، حِينَ سَبَقَ فشَهِدَ على الآلامِ الـمُعَدَّةِ لِلمَسِيح، والـمَجْدِ الَّذي يَتبَعُهَا. 12 وقَد أُوحِيَ إِلَيهِم أَنَّهُم ما كانُوا يَخدُمُونَ تِلْكَ الأُمُورَ مِنْ أَجلِ أَنفُسِهِم بَلْ مِن أَجْلِكُم أَنتُم، وقَدْ بَشَّرَكُم بِهَا الآنَ الـمُبَشِّرُون، يُؤَيِّدُهُمُ الرُّوحُ القُدُس الـمُرْسَلُ مِنَ السَّمَاء، وهِيَ أُمورٌ يَشْتَهِي الـمَلائِكَةُ أَنْ يَنْظُروا إِلَيْها وهُم مُنْحَنُون. 13 فلِذـلِكَ شُدُّوا أَحْقَاءَ أَذْهَانِكُم وكُونُوا صَاحِين، واجْعَلُوا كُلَّ رَجَائِكُم في النِّعْمَةِ الَّتي ستَأَتيكُم عِندَ ظُهُورِ يَسُوعَ الـمَسِيح. 14 وكأَوْلادٍ طائِعِين، لا تَعُودُوا إِلى شَهَواتِكُمُ السَّالِفَة، كَمَا في أَيَّامِ جَهَالَتِكُم، 15 بَلْ كُونُوا أَنتُم أَيضًا قِدِّيسِينَ في تَصَرُّفِكُم كُلِّهِ، على مِثَالِ القُدُّوسِ الَّذي دَعَاكُم، 16 فَإِنَّهُ مَكتُوب: "كُونوا قِدِّيسِينَ لأَنِّي أَنَا قُدُّوس!".
Evangile Arabic	11 أَمَّا مَرْيَمُ فَكَانَتْ وَاقِفَةً في خَارِجِ القَبْرِ تَبْكِي. وفِيمَا هِيَ تَبْكِي، انْحَنَتْ إِلى القَبْر، 12 فَشَاهَدَتْ مَلاكَيْنِ في ثِيَابٍ بَيْضَاءَ جَالِسَينِ حَيْثُ كَانَ قَدْ وُضِعَ جَسَدُ يَسُوع، أَحَدَهُمَا عِنْدَ الرَّأْس، والآخَرَ عِنْدَ القَدَمَين. 13 فَقَالَ لَهَا الـمَلاكَان: "يَا امْرَأَة، لِمَاذَا تَبْكِين؟". قَالَتْ لَهُمَا: "أَخَذُوا رَبِّي، ولا أَعْلَمُ أَيْنَ وَضَعُوه!". 14 قَالَتْ هـذَا والتَفَتَتْ إِلى الوَرَاء، فَشَاهَدَتْ يَسُوعَ واقِفًا ومَا عَلِمَتْ أَنَّهُ يَسُوع. 15 قَالَ لَهَا يَسُوع: "يَا امْرَأَة، لِمَاذَا تَبْكِين، مَنْ تَطْلُبِين؟". وظَنَّتْ أَنَّهُ البُسْتَانِيّ. فَقَالَتْ لَهُ: "يَا سَيِّد، إِنْ كُنْتَ أَنْتَ قَدْ أَخَذْتَهُ، فَقُلْ لي أَيْنَ وَضَعْتَهُ، وأَنَا آخُذُهُ". 16 قَالَ لَهَا يَسُوع: "مَرْيَم!". فَالتَفَتَتْ وقَالَتْ لَهُ بِالعِبْرِيَّة: "رَابُّونِي!"، أَي "يَا مُعَلِّم!". 17 قَالَ لَهَا يَسُوع: "لا تُمْسِكِي بِي لأَنِّي لَمْ أَصْعَدْ بَعْدُ إِلى الآب، بَلِ اذْهَبِي إِلى إِخْوَتِي وقُولِي لَهُم: "إِنِّي صَاعِدٌ إِلى أَبِي وأَبِيكُم، إِلـهِي وإِلـهِكُم". 18 فَجَاءَتْ مَرْيَمُ الـمَجْدَلِيَّةُ تُبَشِّرُ التَّلامِيذ: "لَقَدْ رَأَيْتُ الرَّبّ!"، وأَخْبَرَتْهُم بِمَا قَالَ لَهَا.

Lecture French	10 Sur le salut, les prophètes ont fait porter leurs interrogations et leurs recherches, eux qui ont prophétisé pour annoncer la grâce qui vous est destinée. 11 Ils cherchaient quel temps et quelles circonstances voulait indiquer l’Esprit du Christ, présent en eux, quand il attestait par avance les souffrances du Christ et la gloire qui s’ensuivrait. 12 Il leur fut révélé que ce n’était pas pour eux-mêmes, mais pour vous, qu’ils étaient au service de ce message, annoncé maintenant par ceux qui vous ont évangélisés dans l’Esprit Saint envoyé du ciel ; même des anges désirent se pencher pour scruter ce message. 13 C’est pourquoi, après avoir disposé votre intelligence pour le service, restez sobres, mettez toute votre espérance dans la grâce que vous apporte la révélation de Jésus Christ. 14 Comme des enfants qui obéissent, cessez de vous conformer aux convoitises d’autrefois, quand vous étiez dans l’ignorance, 15 mais, à l’exemple du Dieu saint qui vous a appelés, devenez saints, vous aussi, dans toute votre conduite, 16 puisqu’il est écrit : Vous serez saints, car moi, je suis saint.
Evangile French	11 Marie Madeleine se tenait près du tombeau, au-dehors, tout en pleurs. Et en pleurant, elle se pencha vers le tombeau. 12 Elle aperçoit deux anges vêtus de blanc, assis l’un à la tête et l’autre aux pieds, à l’endroit où avait reposé le corps de Jésus. 13 Ils lui demandent : « Femme, pourquoi pleures-tu ? » Elle leur répond : « On a enlevé mon Seigneur, et je ne sais pas où on l’a déposé. » 14 Ayant dit cela, elle se retourna ; elle aperçoit Jésus qui se tenait là, mais elle ne savait pas que c’était Jésus. 15 Jésus lui dit : « Femme, pourquoi pleures-tu ? Qui cherches-tu ? » Le prenant pour le jardinier, elle lui répond : « Si c’est toi qui l’as emporté, dis-moi où tu l’as déposé, et moi, j’irai le prendre. » 16 Jésus lui dit alors : « Marie ! » S’étant retournée, elle lui dit en hébreu : « Rabbouni ! », c’est-à-dire : Maître. 17 Jésus reprend : « Ne me retiens pas, car je ne suis pas encore monté vers le Père. Va trouver mes frères pour leur dire que je monte vers mon Père et votre Père, vers mon Dieu et votre Dieu. » 18 Marie Madeleine s’en va donc annoncer aux disciples : « J’ai vu le Seigneur ! », et elle raconta ce qu’il lui avait dit.

Lecture English	10 * Concerning this salvation, prophets who prophesied about the grace that was to be yours searched and investigated it, 11 investigating the time and circumstances that the Spirit of Christ within them indicated when it testified in advance to the sufferings destined for Christ and the glories to follow them.h 12 It was revealed to them that they were serving not themselves but you with regard to the things that have now been announced to you by those who preached the good news to you [through] the holy Spirit sent from heaven, things into which angels longed to look. Obedience. 13 * Therefore, gird up the loins of your mind,* live soberly, and set your hopes completely on the grace to be brought to you at the revelation of Jesus Christ. 14 Like obedient children, do not act in compliance with the desires of your former ignorance* 15 but, as he who called you is holy, be holy yourselves in every aspect of your conduct,i 16 for it is written, “Be holy because I [am] holy.”j
Evangile English	11 But Mary stayed outside the tomb weeping.f And as she wept, she bent over into the tomb 12 and saw two angels in white sitting there, one at the head and one at the feet where the body of Jesus had been. 13 And they said to her, “Woman, why are you weeping?” She said to them, “They have taken my Lord, and I don’t know where they laid him.” 14 When she had said this, she turned around and saw Jesus there, but did not know it was Jesus.g 15 Jesus said to her, “Woman, why are you weeping? Whom are you looking for?”h She thought it was the gardener and said to him, “Sir, if you carried him away, tell me where you laid him, and I will take him.” 16 Jesus said to her, “Mary!” She turned and said to him in Hebrew, “Rabbouni,”* which means Teacher. 17 Jesus said to her, “Stop holding on to me,* for I have not yet ascended to the Father. But go to my brothers and tell them, ‘I am going to my Father and your Father, to my God and your God.’”i 18 Mary of Magdala went and announced to the disciples, “I have seen the Lord,” and what he told her.
