Lecture Arabic	1 أَنَا بُولُسُ نَفْسي أُنَاشِدُكُم بِوَدَاعَةِ الـمَسِيحِ وَحِلْمِهِ، أَنَا الـمُتَواضِعُ بَيْنَكُم عِنْدَمَا أَكُونُ حَاضِرًا، والـجَريءُ عَلَيْكُم عِنْدَما أَكُونُ غَائِبًا. 2 وأَرْجُو أَلاَّ أُجْبَرَ عِنْدَ حُضُورِي أَنْ أَكُونَ جَريئًا، بِالثِّقَةِ الَّتي لي بِكُم، والَّتي أَنْوِي أَنْ أَجْرُؤَ بِهَا عَلى الَّذينَ يَحْسَبُونَ أَنَّنا نَسْلُكُ كَأُنَاسٍ جَسَدِيِّين. 3 أَجَل، إِنَّنا نَحْيَا في الـجَسَد، ولـكِنَّنا لا نُحَارِبُ كَأُنَاسٍ جَسَدِيِّين؛ 4 لأَنَّ أَسْلِحَةَ جِهَادِنا لَيْسَتْ جَسَدِيَّة، بَلْ هيَ قَادِرَةٌ بِاللهِ عَلى هَدْمِ الـحُصُونِ الـمَنِيعَة؛ فإِنَّنا نَهْدِمُ الأَفْكَارَ الـخَاطِئَة، 5 وكُلَّ شُمُوخٍ يَرْتَفِعُ ضِدَّ مَعْرِفَةِ الله، ونَأْسُرُ كُلَّ فِكْرٍ لِطَاعَةِ الـمَسِيح. 6 ونَحْنُ مُسْتَعِدُّونَ أَنْ نُعَاقِبَ كُلَّ عُصْيَان، مَتى كَمُلَتْ طَاعَتُكُم. 7 إِنَّكُم تَحْكُمُونَ عَلى الـمَظَاهِر! إِنْ كَانَ أَحَدٌ وَاثِقًا بِنَفْسِهِ أَنَّهُ لِلمَسيح، فَلْيُفَكِّرْ في نَفْسِهِ أَنَّهُ كَمَا هوَ لِلمَسيحِ كَذـلِكَ نَحْنُ أَيْضًا.
Evangile Arabic	46 ووَصَلُوا إِلى أَرِيحا. وبَيْنَمَا يَسُوعُ خَارِجٌ مِنْ أَرِيحا، هُوَ وتَلامِيذُهُ وجَمْعٌ غَفِير، كَانَ بَرْطِيمَا، أَي ابْنُ طِيمَا، وهُوَ شَحَّاذٌ أَعْمَى، جَالِسًا عَلَى جَانِبِ الطَّريق. 47 فلَمَّا سَمِعَ أَنَّهُ يَسُوعُ النَّاصِرِيّ، بَدَأَ يَصْرُخُ ويَقُول: "يَا يَسُوعُ ابْنَ دَاوُدَ ارْحَمْنِي!". 48 فَانْتَهَرَهُ أُنَاسٌ كَثِيرُونَ لِيَسْكُت، إِلاَّ أَنَّهُ كَانَ يَزْدَادُ صُرَاخًا: "يَا ابْنَ دَاوُدَ ارْحَمْنِي!". 49 فوَقَفَ يَسُوعُ وقَال: "أُدْعُوه!". فَدَعَوا الأَعْمَى قَائِلِين لَهُ: "ثِقْ وانْهَضْ! إِنَّهُ يَدْعُوك". 50 فطَرَحَ الأَعْمَى رِدَاءَهُ، ووَثَبَ وجَاءَ إِلى يَسُوع. 51 فقَالَ لَهُ يَسُوع: "مَاذَا تُرِيدُ أَنْ أَصْنَعَ لَكَ؟". قالَ لَهُ الأَعْمَى: "رَابُّونِي، أَنْ أُبْصِر!". 52 فقَالَ لَهُ يَسُوع: "إِذْهَبْ! إِيْمَانُكَ خَلَّصَكَ".

Lecture French	01 Moi-même, Paul, je vous exhorte par la douceur et la bienveillance du Christ, moi si humble quand je suis devant vous, mais plein d’assurance à votre égard quand je n’y suis pas. 02 Je vous en prie, ne m’obligez pas à montrer, quand je viendrai, l’assurance et l’audace dont je prétends bien faire preuve contre ceux qui prétendent que nous avons une conduite purement humaine. 03 Notre conduite est bien une conduite d’homme, mais nous ne combattons pas de manière purement humaine. 04 En effet, les armes de notre combat ne sont pas purement humaines, elles reçoivent de Dieu la puissance qui démolit les forteresses. Nous démolissons les raisonnements fallacieux, 05 tout ce qui, de manière hautaine, s’élève contre la connaissance de Dieu, et nous capturons toute pensée pour l’amener à obéir au Christ. 06 Nous sommes prêts à sévir contre toute désobéissance, dès que votre obéissance à vous sera parfaite. 07 Regardez les choses en face. Si quelqu’un est convaincu d’appartenir au Christ, qu’il tienne compte encore de ceci : comme lui-même appartient au Christ, nous également.
Evangile French	46 Jésus et ses disciples arrivent à Jéricho. Et tandis que Jésus sortait de Jéricho avec ses disciples et une foule nombreuse, le fils de Timée, Bartimée, un aveugle qui mendiait, était assis au bord du chemin. 47 Quand il entendit que c’était Jésus de Nazareth, il se mit à crier : « Fils de David, Jésus, prends pitié de moi ! » 48 Beaucoup de gens le rabrouaient pour le faire taire, mais il criait de plus belle : « Fils de David, prends pitié de moi ! » 49 Jésus s’arrête et dit : « Appelez-le. » On appelle donc l’aveugle, et on lui dit : « Confiance, lève-toi ; il t’appelle. » 50 L’aveugle jeta son manteau, bondit et courut vers Jésus. 51 Prenant la parole, Jésus lui dit : « Que veux-tu que je fasse pour toi ? » L’aveugle lui dit : « Rabbouni, que je retrouve la vue ! » 52 Et Jésus lui dit : « Va, ta foi t’a sauvé. » Aussitôt l’homme retrouva la vue, et il suivait Jésus sur le chemin.

Lecture English	1 Now I myself, Paul, urge you through the gentleness and clemency of Christ,* I who am humble when face to face with you, but brave toward you when absent, 2 * a I beg you that, when present, I may not have to be brave with that confidence with which I intend to act boldly against some who consider us as acting according to the flesh. 3 For, although we are in the flesh, we do not battle according to the flesh,* 4 for the weapons of our battle are not of flesh but are enormously powerful, capable of destroying fortresses. We destroy argumentsb 5 and every pretension raising itself against the knowledge of God, and take every thought captive in obedience to Christ, 6 and we are ready to punish every disobedience, once your obedience is complete.c 7 d Look at what confronts you. Whoever is confident of belonging to Christ should consider that as he belongs to Christ, so do we.*
Evangile English	46 They came to Jericho.q And as he was leaving Jericho with his disciples and a sizable crowd, Bartimaeus, a blind man, the son of Timaeus, sat by the roadside begging. 47 On hearing that it was Jesus of Nazareth, he began to cry out and say, “Jesus, son of David, have pity on me.” 48 And many rebuked him, telling him to be silent. But he kept calling out all the more, “Son of David, have pity on me.” 49 Jesus stopped and said, “Call him.” So they called the blind man, saying to him, “Take courage; get up, he is calling you.” 50 He threw aside his cloak, sprang up, and came to Jesus. 51 Jesus said to him in reply, “What do you want me to do for you?” The blind man replied to him, “Master, I want to see.” 52 Jesus told him, “Go your way; your faith has saved you.” Immediately he received his sight and followed him on the way.
