Lecture Arabic	1 كُونُوا إِذًا مُقْتَدِينَ بِاللهِ كأَوْلادٍ أَحِبَّاء. 2 وَاسْلُكُوا في الـمَحَبَّةِ كَمَا الـمَسِيحُ أَيْضًا أَحَبَّنَا، فَبَذَلَ نَفسَهُ عَنَّا قُربَانًا وذَبيحَةً لله، طيِبًا ذَكِيَّ الرَائِحَة. 3 أَمَّا الفُجُورُ وكُلُّ نَجَاسَة، أَوِ الـجَشَع، فلا يُذْكَرْ حتَّى اسْمُهَا بَيْنَكُم، كَمَا يَلِيقُ بِالقِدِّيسِين؛ 4 ولا البَذَاءَةُ ولا الكلامُ السَّفِيه، أَوِ السُّخْرِيَّة، كُلُّ هـذِهِ لا تَلِيق، بَلْ بِالأَحْرَى الشُّكْرَان. 5 إِعْلَمُوا هـذَا جَيِّدًا: إِنَّ كُلَّ زَانٍ، أَو نَجِس، أَو جَشِعٍ عَابِدِ أَوثَان، لا مِيرَاثَ لَهُ في مَلَكُوتِ الـمَسِيحِ والله. 6 لا يَخْدَعَنَّكُم أَحَدٌ بِكلامٍ بَاطِل، فبِهـذَا يَنْصَبُّ غَضَبُ اللهِ على أَبْنَاءِ العُصْيَان. 7 فلا تَكُونُوا لَهُم شُرَكَاء.
Evangile Arabic	37 صَنَعَ يَسُوعُ أَمَامَ اليَهُودِ تِلْكَ الآيَاتِ كُلَّهَا، فَمَا كَانُوا يُؤْمِنُونَ بِهِ، 38 لِتَتِمَّ الكَلِمَةُ الَّتِي قَالَهَا آشَعْيَا النَّبِيّ: "يَا رَبُّ، مَنْ آمَنَ بِمَا سَمِعَ مِنَّا؟ ولِمَنْ أُعْلِنَتْ ذِرَاعُ الرَّبّ؟". 39 لِهـذَا لَمْ يَقْدِرُوا أَنْ يُؤْمِنُوا لأَنَّ آشَعْيَا قَالَ أَيْضًا: 40 "لَقَدْ أَعْمَى عُيُونَهُم، وقَسَّى قُلُوبَهُم، لِئَلاَّ يَرَوا بِعُيُونِهِم، ويَفْهَمُوا بِقُلُوبِهِم، ويَتُوبُوا فَأَشْفِيَهُم". 41 قَالَ آشَعْيَا هـذَا، لأَنَّهُ رَأَى مَجْدَ يَسُوعَ وتَحَدَّثَ عَنْهُ. 42 غَيرَ أَنَّ كَثيرينَ مِنَ الرُّؤَسَاءِ أَنْفُسِهِم آمَنُوا بِهِ، ولـكِنَّهُم بِسَبَبِ الفَرِّيسِيِّينَ لَمْ يَجْهَرُوا بِإِيْمَانِهِم، لِئَلاَّ يُفْصَلُوا عَنِ الـمَجْمَع. 43 فَقَدْ فَضَّلُوا مَجْدَ النَّاسِ عَلى مَجْدِ الله.

Lecture French	01 Oui, cherchez à imiter Dieu, puisque vous êtes ses enfants bien-aimés. 02 Vivez dans l’amour, comme le Christ nous a aimés et s’est livré lui-même pour nous, s’offrant en sacrifice à Dieu, comme un parfum d’agréable odeur. 03 Comme il convient aux fidèles la débauche, l’impureté sous toutes ses formes et la soif de posséder sont des choses qu’on ne doit même plus évoquer chez vous ; 04 pas davantage de propos grossiers, stupides ou scabreux – tout cela est déplacé – mais qu’il y ait plutôt des actions de grâce. 05 Sachez-le bien : ni les débauchés, ni les dépravés, ni les profiteurs – qui sont de vrais idolâtres – ne reçoivent d’héritage dans le royaume du Christ et de Dieu ; 06 ne laissez personne vous égarer par de vaines paroles. Tout cela attire la colère de Dieu sur ceux qui désobéissent. 07 N’ayez donc rien de commun avec ces gens-là.
Evangile French	37 Alors qu’il avait fait tant de signes devant eux, certains ne croyaient pas en lui. 38 Ainsi s’accomplissait la parole dite par le prophète Isaïe : Seigneur, qui a cru ce que nous avons entendu ? À qui la puissance du Seigneur a-t-elle été révélée ? 39 Ils ne pouvaient pas croire, puisqu’Isaïe dit encore : 40 Il a rendu aveugles leurs yeux, il a endurci leur cœur, de peur qu’ils ne voient de leurs yeux, qu’ils ne comprennent dans leur cœur, et qu’ils ne se convertissent, – et moi, je les guérirai. 41 Ces paroles, Isaïe les a prononcées parce qu’il avait vu la gloire de Jésus, et c’est de lui qu’il a parlé. 42 Cependant, même parmi les chefs du peuple, beaucoup crurent en lui ; mais, à cause des pharisiens, ils ne le déclaraient pas publiquement, de peur d’être exclus des assemblées. 43 En effet, ils aimaient la gloire qui vient des hommes plus que la gloire qui vient de Dieu.

Lecture English	1 So be imitators of God,* as beloved children,a 2 and live in love, as Christ loved us and handed himself over for us as a sacrificial offering to God for a fragrant aroma.b 3 Immorality or any impurity or greed must not even be mentioned among you, as is fitting among holy ones,c 4 no obscenity or silly or suggestive talk, which is out of place, but instead, thanksgiving.d 5 Be sure of this, that no immoral or impure or greedy person, that is, an idolater, has any inheritance in the kingdom of Christ and of God.e Duty to Live in the Light. 6 f Let no one deceive you with empty arguments, for because of these things the wrath of God is coming upon the disobedient.* 7 So do not be associated with them.
Evangile English	37 * d Although he had performed so many signs in their presence they did not believe in him, 38 * in order that the word which Isaiah the prophet spoke might be fulfilled: “Lord, who has believed our preaching, to whom has the might of the Lord been revealed?”e 39 For this reason they could not believe, because again Isaiah said: 40 “He blinded their eyes and hardened their heart, so that they might not see with their eyes and understand with their heart and be converted, and I would heal them.”f 41 Isaiah said this because he saw his glory* and spoke about him.g 42 Nevertheless, many, even among the authorities, believed in him, but because of the Pharisees they did not acknowledge it openly in order not to be expelled from the synagogue.h 43 For they preferred human praise to the glory of God.i
