Lecture Arabic	5 وفي الغَد، اجْتَمَعَ في أُورَشَلِيمَ رُؤَسَاءُ الشَّعْب، والشُّيُوخ، والكَتَبَة، 6 وحَنَّانُ عَظِيمُ الأَحْبَار، وقَيَافَا، ويُوحَنَّا، والإِسْكَنْدَر، وكُلُّ أَعْضَاءِ الأُسْرَةِ الـحَبْرِيَّة. 7 وأَقَامُوا بُطْرُسَ ويُوحَنَّا في الوَسَط، وأَخَذُوا يَسْأَلُونَهُمَا: "بِأَيِّ قُوَّة، أَو بِأَيِّ اسْمٍ فَعَلْتُمَا أَنْتُمَا ذ,لِكَ؟". 8 حِينَئِذٍ امْتَلأَ بُطْرُسُ مِنَ الرُّوحِ القُدُس، وقَالَ لَهُم: "يَا رُؤَسَاءَ الشَّعب، ويَا أَيُّها الشُّيُوخ، 9 إِنْ كُنَّا نُسْتَجْوَبُ اليَوْمَ عَنْ إِحْسَانٍ إِلى إِنْسَانٍ مَرِيض، بِمَاذَا نَالَ الـخَلاص، 10 فَلْيَكُن مَعْلُومًا عِنْدَ جَمِيعِكُم، وجَمِيعِ شَعْبِ إِسْرَائِيل، أَنَّهُ بِاسْمٍ يَسُوعَ الـمَسيحِ النَّاصِريّ، الَّذِي صَلَبْتُمُوهُ أَنْتُم، والَّذِي أَقَامَهُ اللهُ مِنْ بَينِ الأَمْوَات، بِهـذَا الاسْمِ وَقَفَ هـذَا الرَّجُلُ أَمَامَكُم مُعَافَى. 11 هـذَا هُوَ الـحَجَرُ الَّذِي احْتَقَرْتُمُوه، أَيُّهَا البَنَّاؤُون، والَّذِي صَارَ رَأْسَ الزَّاوِيَة. 12 فلا خَلاصَ بِأَحَدٍ سِوَاه، لأَنَّهُ لَمْ يُعْطَ تَحْتَ السَّمَاء، بَينَ النَّاس، إِسْمٌ آخَر، بِهِ يَنْبَغِي أَنْ نَخْلُص!".
Evangile Arabic	1 أَنَا هُوَ الكَرْمَةُ الـحَقِيقِيَّةُ وأَبِي الكَرَّام. 2 كُلُّ غُصْنٍ فِيَّ لا يَحْمِلُ ثَمَرًا يَقْطَعُهُ، وكُلُّ غُصْنٍ يَحْمِلُ ثَمَرًا يُنَقِّيهِ لِيَحْمِلَ ثَمَرًا أَكْثَر. 3 أَنْتُمُ الآنَ أَنْقِيَاءُ بِفَضْلِ الكَلِمَةِ الَّتِي كَلَّمْتُكُم بِهَا. 4 أُثْبُتُوا فِيَّ، وأَنَا فِيكُم. كَمَا أَنَّ الغُصْنَ لا يَقْدِرُ أَنْ يَحْمِلَ ثَمَرًا مِنْ تِلْقَاءِ ذَاتِهِ، إِنْ لَمْ يَثْبُتْ في الكَرْمَة، كَذـلِكَ أَنْتُم أَيْضًا إِنْ لَمْ تَثْبُتُوا فِيَّ. 5 أَنَا هُوَ الكَرْمَةُ وأَنْتُمُ الأَغْصَان. مَنْ يَثْبُتُ فِيَّ وأَنَا فِيه، يَحْمِلُ ثَمَرًا كَثيرًا، لأَنَّكُم بِدُونِي لا تَقْدِرُونَ أَنْ تَفْعَلُوا شَيْئًا. 6 مَنْ لا يَثْبُتُ فِيَّ يُطْرَحُ كَالغُصْنِ خَارِجًا ويَيْبَس. وتُجْمَعُ الأَغْصَانُ اليَابِسَة، وتُطْرَحُ في النَّارِ فَتَحْتَرِق. 7 إِنْ تَثْبُتُوا فِيَّ، وتَثْبُتْ أَقْوَالِي فِيكُم، تَطْلُبُوا مَا تَشَاؤُونَ فَيَكُونَ لَكُم. 8 بِهـذَا يُمَجَّدُ أَبِي أَنْ تَحْمِلُوا ثَمَرًا كَثيرًا، وتَصِيرُوا لي تَلاميذ.

Lecture French	05 Le lendemain se réunirent à Jérusalem les chefs du peuple, les anciens et les scribes. 06 Il y avait là Hanne le grand prêtre, Caïphe, Jean, Alexandre, et tous ceux qui appartenaient aux familles de grands prêtres. 07 Ils firent amener Pierre et Jean au milieu d’eux et les questionnèrent : « Par quelle puissance, par le nom de qui, avez-vous fait cette guérison ? » 08 Alors Pierre, rempli de l’Esprit Saint, leur déclara : « Chefs du peuple et anciens, 09 nous sommes interrogés aujourd’hui pour avoir fait du bien à un infirme, et l’on nous demande comment cet homme a été sauvé. 10 Sachez-le donc, vous tous, ainsi que tout le peuple d’Israël : c’est par le nom de Jésus le Nazaréen, lui que vous avez crucifié mais que Dieu a ressuscité d’entre les morts, c’est par lui que cet homme se trouve là, devant vous, bien portant. 11 Ce Jésus est la pierre méprisée de vous, les bâtisseurs, mais devenue la pierre d’angle. 12 En nul autre que lui, il n’y a de salut, car, sous le ciel, aucun autre nom n’est donné aux hommes, qui puisse nous sauver. »
Evangile French	01 Moi, je suis la vraie vigne, et mon Père est le vigneron. 02 Tout sarment qui est en moi, mais qui ne porte pas de fruit, mon Père l’enlève ; tout sarment qui porte du fruit, il le purifie en le taillant, pour qu’il en porte davantage. 03 Mais vous, déjà vous voici purifiés grâce à la parole que je vous ai dite. 04 Demeurez en moi, comme moi en vous. De même que le sarment ne peut pas porter de fruit par lui-même s’il ne demeure pas sur la vigne, de même vous non plus, si vous ne demeurez pas en moi. 05 Moi, je suis la vigne, et vous, les sarments. Celui qui demeure en moi et en qui je demeure, celui-là porte beaucoup de fruit, car, en dehors de moi, vous ne pouvez rien faire. 06 Si quelqu’un ne demeure pas en moi, il est, comme le sarment, jeté dehors, et il se dessèche. Les sarments secs, on les ramasse, on les jette au feu, et ils brûlent. 07 Si vous demeurez en moi, et que mes paroles demeurent en vous, demandez tout ce que vous voulez, et cela se réalisera pour vous. 08 Ce qui fait la gloire de mon Père, c’est que vous portiez beaucoup de fruit et que vous soyez pour moi des disciples.

Lecture English	5 On the next day, their leaders, elders, and scribes were assembled in Jerusalem, 6 with Annas the high priest, Caiaphas, John, Alexander, and all who were of the high-priestly class. 7 They brought them into their presence and questioned them, “By what power or by what name have you done this?” 8 Then Peter, filled with the holy Spirit, answered them, “Leaders of the people and elders:b 9 If we are being examined today about a good deed done to a cripple, namely, by what means he was saved, 10 then all of you and all the people of Israel should know that it was in the name of Jesus Christ the Nazorean whom you crucified, whom God raised from the dead; in his name this man stands before you healed. 11 c He is ‘the stone rejected by you,* the builders, which has become the cornerstone.’ 12 * d There is no salvation through anyone else, nor is there any other name under heaven given to the human race by which we are to be saved.”
Evangile English	1 * “I am the true vine,* and my Father is the vine grower.a 2 He takes away every branch in me that does not bear fruit, and every one that does he prunes* so that it bears more fruit. 3 You are already pruned because of the word that I spoke to you.b 4 Remain in me, as I remain in you. Just as a branch cannot bear fruit on its own unless it remains on the vine, so neither can you unless you remain in me. 5 I am the vine, you are the branches. Whoever remains in me and I in him will bear much fruit, because without me you can do nothing. 6 * c Anyone who does not remain in me will be thrown out like a branch and wither; people will gather them and throw them into a fire and they will be burned. 7 If you remain in me and my words remain in you, ask for whatever you want and it will be done for you.d 8 By this is my Father glorified, that you bear much fruit and become my disciples.e
