Lecture Arabic	9 وكَانَ مِن قَبْلُ في الـمَدِينَةِ رَجُلٌ اسْمُهُ سِيمُون، يُمَارِسُ السِّحْر، ويُدْهِشُ أَهْلَ السَّامِرة، ويَدَّعِي أَنَّهُ رَجُلٌ عَظِيم. 25 أَمَّا هُمَا فَبَعْدَ أَنْ شَهِدَا ونَادَيَا بِكَلِمَةِ الرَّبّ، عَادَا إِلى أُورَشَليمَ وهُمَا يُبَشِّرَانِ في قُرًى كَثِيرَةٍ لِلسَّامِرِيِّين. 13 وكَانَ يَرَى مَا يَجْري مِنْ آيَاتٍ عَظِيمَةٍ وأَعْمَالٍ قَدِيرَةٍ فَتأْخُذُهُ الدَّهْشَة.
Evangile Arabic	15 وإِنْ خَطِئَ إِلَيْكَ أَخُوك، فَاذْهَبْ وعَاتِبْهُ بِيْنَكَ وبَيْنَهُ على انْفِرَاد. فَإِنْ سَمِعَ لِكَ رَبِحْتَ أَخَاك. 16 وإِنْ لَمْ يَسْمَعْ فَخُذْ مَعَكَ أَيْضًا وَاحِدًا أَوِ اثْنَيْن، لِكَي تَثْبُتَ كُلُّ كَلِمَةٍ بِشَهَادَةِ اثْنَيْنِ أَو ثَلاثَة. 17 وإِنْ لَمْ يَسْمَعْ لَهُمَا، فَقُلْ لِلْكَنِيسَة. وإِنْ لَمْ يَسْمَعْ لِلْكَنِيسَةِ أَيْضًا، فَلْيَكُنْ عِنْدَكَ كَالوَثَنِيِّ والعَشَّار. 18 أَلـحَقَّ أَقُولُ لَكُم: كُلُّ مَا تَرْبُطُونَهُ عَلى الأَرْضِ يَكُونُ مَرْبُوطًا في السَّمَاء، وكُلُّ مَا تَحُلُّونَهُ عَلى الأَرْضِ يَكُونُ مَحْلُولاً في السَّمَاء. 19 وأَيْضًا أَقُولُ لَكُم: إِنِ اتَّفَقَ اثْنَانِ مِنْكُم عَلى الأَرْضِ في كُلِّ شَيءٍ يَطْلُبَانِهِ، فَإِنَّهُ يَكُونُ لَهُمَا مِنْ لَدُنِ أَبي الَّذي في السَّمَاوَات. 20 فحَيْثُمَا اجْتَمَعَ اثْنَانِ أَو ثَلاثَةٌ بِاسْمِي، فَهُنَاكَ أَكُونُ في وسَطِهِم".

Lecture French	09 Or il y avait déjà dans la ville un homme du nom de Simon ; il pratiquait la magie et frappait de stupéfaction la population de Samarie, prétendant être un grand personnage. 13 voyant les signes et les actes de grande puissance qui se produisaient, il était stupéfait. 14 Les Apôtres, restés à Jérusalem, apprirent que la Samarie avait accueilli la parole de Dieu. Alors ils y envoyèrent Pierre et Jean. 15 À leur arrivée, ceux-ci prièrent pour ces Samaritains afin qu’ils reçoivent l’Esprit Saint ; 16 en effet, l’Esprit n’était encore descendu sur aucun d’entre eux : ils étaient seulement baptisés au nom du Seigneur Jésus. 17 Alors Pierre et Jean leur imposèrent les mains, et ils reçurent l’Esprit Saint. 18 Simon, voyant que l’Esprit était donné par l’imposition des mains des Apôtres, leur offrit de l’argent 19 en disant : « Donnez-moi ce pouvoir, à moi aussi, pour que tous ceux à qui j’imposerai les mains reçoivent l’Esprit Saint. » 20 Pierre lui dit : « Périsse ton argent, et toi avec, puisque tu as estimé pouvoir acheter le don de Dieu à prix d’argent ! 21 Tu n’as aucune part, aucun droit, en ce domaine, car devant Dieu ton cœur manque de droiture. 22 Détourne-toi donc de ce mal que tu veux faire, et prie le Seigneur : il te pardonnera peut-être cette pensée que tu as dans le cœur. 23 Car je le vois bien : tu es plein d’aigreur amère, tu es enchaîné dans l’injustice. » 24 Simon répondit : « Priez vous-mêmes pour moi le Seigneur, afin que rien ne m’arrive de ce que vous avez dit. » 25 Quant à Pierre et Jean, ayant rendu témoignage et proclamé la parole du Seigneur, ils retournèrent à Jérusalem en annonçant l’Évangile à un grand nombre de villages samaritains.
Evangile French	15 Si ton frère a commis un péché contre toi, va lui faire des reproches seul à seul. S’il t’écoute, tu as gagné ton frère. 16 S’il ne t’écoute pas, prends en plus avec toi une ou deux personnes afin que toute l’affaire soit réglée sur la parole de deux ou trois témoins. 17 S’il refuse de les écouter, dis-le à l’assemblée de l’Église ; s’il refuse encore d’écouter l’Église, considère-le comme un païen et un publicain. 18 Amen, je vous le dis : tout ce que vous aurez lié sur la terre sera lié dans le ciel, et tout ce que vous aurez délié sur la terre sera délié dans le ciel. 19 Et pareillement, amen, je vous le dis, si deux d’entre vous sur la terre se mettent d’accord pour demander quoi que ce soit, ils l’obtiendront de mon Père qui est aux cieux. 20 En effet, quand deux ou trois sont réunis en mon nom, je suis là, au milieu d’eux. »

Lecture English	9 A man named Simon used to practice magic* in the city and astounded the people of Samaria, claiming to be someone great. 13 Even Simon himself believed and, after being baptized, became devoted to Philip; and when he saw the signs and mighty deeds that were occurring, he was astounded. 14 Now when the apostles in Jerusalem heard that Samaria had accepted the word of God, they sent them Peter and John, 15 who went down and prayed for them, that they might receive the holy Spirit, 16 for it had not yet fallen upon any of them; they had only been baptized in the name of the Lord Jesus.* 17 Then they laid hands on them and they received the holy Spirit.g 18 * When Simon saw that the Spirit was conferred by the laying on of the apostles’ hands, he offered them money 19 and said, “Give me this power too, so that anyone upon whom I lay my hands may receive the holy Spirit.” 20 But Peter said to him, “May your money perish with you, because you thought that you could buy the gift of God with money. 21 You have no share or lot in this matter, for your heart is not upright before God. 22 Repent of this wickedness of yours and pray to the Lord that, if possible, your intention may be forgiven. 23 For I see that you are filled with bitter gall and are in the bonds of iniquity.” 24 Simon said in reply, “Pray for me to the Lord, that nothing of what you have said may come upon me.” 25 So when they had testified and proclaimed the word of the Lord, they returned to Jerusalem and preached the good news to many Samaritan villages.
Evangile English	15 h “If your brother* sins [against you], go and tell him his fault between you and him alone. If he listens to you, you have won over your brother. 16 * i If he does not listen, take one or two others along with you, so that ‘every fact may be established on the testimony of two or three witnesses.’ 17 j If he refuses to listen to them, tell the church.* If he refuses to listen even to the church, then treat him as you would a Gentile or a tax collector. 18 * k Amen, I say to you, whatever you bind on earth shall be bound in heaven, and whatever you loose on earth shall be loosed in heaven. 19 * l Again, [amen,] I say to you, if two of you agree on earth about anything for which they are to pray, it shall be granted to them by my heavenly Father. 20 * m For where two or three are gathered together in my name, there am I in the midst of them.”
