Lecture Arabic	11 فَمَنْ مِنَ النَّاسِ يَعْرِفُ مَا في الإِنْسَانِ إِلاَّ رُوحُ الإِنْسَانِ الَّذي فِيه؟ كَذ,لِكَ لا أَحَدَ يَعْرِفُ مَا في اللهِ إِلاَّ رُوحُ الله. 12 وَنَحْنُ لَمْ نَأْخُذْ رُوحَ العَالَم، بَلِ الرُّوحَ الَّذي مِنَ الله، حَتَّى نَعْرِفَ مَا أَنْعَمَ بِهِ اللهُ عَلَيْنَا مِنْ مَوَاهِب. 13 ونَحْنُ لا نَتَكَلَّمُ عَنْ تِلْكَ الـمَوَاهِبِ بِكَلِمَاتٍ تُعَلِّمُهَا الـحِكْمَةُ البَشَرِيَّة، بَلْ بِكَلِمَاتٍ يُعَلِّمُهَا الرُّوح، فَنُعَبِّرُ عَنِ الأُمُورِ الرُّوحِيَّةِ بِكَلِمَاتٍ رُوحِيَّة. 14 فَالإِنْسَانُ الأَرْضِيُّ لا يتَقَبَّلُ مَا هُوَ مِنْ رُوحِ الله، لأَنَّ ذ,لِكَ عِنْدَهُ حَمَاقَة، ولا يَسْتَطيعُ أَنْ يَعْرِفَ مَا هُوَ مِنْ رُوحِ الله، لأَنَّ الـحُكْمَ في ذ,لِكَ لا يَكُونُ إِلاَّ بِالرُّوح. 15 أَمَّا الإِنْسَانُ الرُّوحَانِيُّ فَيَحْكُمُ عَلى كُلِّ شَيء، ولا أَحَدَ يَحْكُمُ عَلَيْه. 16 فَمَنْ عَرَفَ فِكْرَ الرَّبِّ لِيُعَلِّمَهُ؟ أَمَّا نَحْنُ فَلَنَا فِكْرُ الـمَسِيح!
Evangile Arabic	21 وفي تِلْكَ السَّاعَةِ ابْتَهَجَ يَسُوعُ بِالرُّوحِ القُدُس، فَقَال: "أَعْتَرِفُ لَكَ، يَا أَبَتِ، رَبَّ السَّمَاءِ وَالأَرْض، لأَنَّكَ أَخْفَيْتَ هـذِهِ الأُمُورَ عَنِ الـحُكَمَاءِ وَالفُهَمَاء، وَأَظْهَرْتَها لِلأَطْفَال. نَعَم، أَيُّهَا الآب، لأَنَّكَ هـكذَا ارْتَضَيْت. 22 لَقَدْ سَلَّمَنِي أَبي كُلَّ شَيء، فَمَا مِنْ أَحَدٍ يَعْرِفُ مَنْ هُوَ الابْنُ إِلاَّ الآب، وَلا مَنْ هُوَ الآبُ إِلاَّ الابْن، وَمَنْ يُريدُ الابْنُ أَنْ يُظْهِرَهُ لَهُ". 23 ثُمَّ التَفَتَ إِلى تَلامِيذِهِ، وقَالَ لَهُم عَلى انْفِرَاد: "طُوبَى لِلْعُيونِ الَّتِي تَنْظُرُ مَا أَنْتُم تَنْظُرُون! 24 فَإِنِّي أَقُولُ لَكُم: إِنَّ أَنْبِياءَ وَمُلُوكًا كَثِيرِينَ أَرادُوا أَنْ يَرَوا مَا أَنْتُم تَنْظُرُون، فَلَمْ يَرَوا، وَأَنْ يَسْمَعُوا مَا تَسْمَعُون، فَلَمْ يَسْمَعُوا".

Lecture French	11 Qui donc, parmi les hommes, sait ce qu’il y a dans l’homme, sinon l’esprit de l’homme qui est en lui ? De même, personne ne connaît ce qu’il y a en Dieu, sinon l’Esprit de Dieu. 12 Or nous, ce n’est pas l’esprit du monde que nous avons reçu, mais l’Esprit qui vient de Dieu, et ainsi nous avons conscience des dons que Dieu nous a accordés. 13 Nous disons cela avec un langage que nous n’apprenons pas de la sagesse humaine, mais que nous apprenons de l’Esprit ; nous comparons entre elles les réalités spirituelles. 14 L’homme, par ses seules capacités, n’accueille pas ce qui vient de l’Esprit de Dieu ; pour lui ce n’est que folie, et il ne peut pas comprendre, car c’est par l’Esprit qu’on examine toute chose. 15 Celui qui est animé par l’Esprit soumet tout à examen, mais lui, personne ne peut l’y soumettre. 16 Car il est écrit : Qui a connu la pensée du Seigneur et qui pourra l’instruire ? Eh bien nous, nous avons la pensée du Christ !
Evangile French	21 À l’heure même, Jésus exulta de joie sous l’action de l’Esprit Saint, et il dit : « Père, Seigneur du ciel et de la terre, je proclame ta louange : ce que tu as caché aux sages et aux savants, tu l’as révélé aux tout-petits. Oui, Père, tu l’as voulu ainsi dans ta bienveillance. 22 Tout m’a été remis par mon Père. Personne ne connaît qui est le Fils, sinon le Père ; et personne ne connaît qui est le Père, sinon le Fils et celui à qui le Fils veut le révéler. » 23 Puis il se tourna vers ses disciples et leur dit en particulier : « Heureux les yeux qui voient ce que vous voyez ! 24 Car, je vous le déclare : beaucoup de prophètes et de rois ont voulu voir ce que vous-mêmes voyez, et ne l’ont pas vu, entendre ce que vous entendez, et ne l’ont pas entendu. »

Lecture English	11 Among human beings, who knows what pertains to a person except the spirit of the person that is within? Similarly, no one knows what pertains to God except the Spirit of God. 12 We have not received the spirit of the world but the Spirit that is from God, so that we may understand the things freely given us by God. 13 And we speak about them not with words taught by human wisdom, but with words taught by the Spirit, describing spiritual realities in spiritual terms.* 14 Now the natural person* does not accept what pertains to the Spirit of God, for to him it is foolishness, and he cannot understand it, because it is judged spiritually. 15 The spiritual person, however, can judge everything but is not subject to judgment* by anyone. 16 For “who has known the mind of the Lord, so as to counsel him?” But we have the mind of Christ.g
Evangile English	21 At that very moment he rejoiced [in] the holy Spirit and said, “I give you praise, Father, Lord of heaven and earth, for although you have hidden these things from the wise and the learned you have revealed them to the childlike.* Yes, Father, such has been your gracious will.t 22 All things have been handed over to me by my Father. No one knows who the Son is except the Father, and who the Father is except the Son and anyone to whom the Son wishes to reveal him.”u The Privileges of Discipleship.v 23 Turning to the disciples in private he said, “Blessed are the eyes that see what you see. 24 For I say to you, many prophets and kings desired to see what you see, but did not see it, and to hear what you hear, but did not hear it.”
