Lecture Arabic	44 كَانَ لآبَائِنَا في البَرِّيَّةِ خَيْمَةُ الشَّهَادَةِ الَّتِي صَنَعَهَا مُوسَى، كَمَا أَمَرَهُ الـمُتَكَلِّمُ مَعَهُ، عَلى الـمِثَالِ الَّذِي كَانَ قَدْ رَآه. 45 هـذِهِ الـخَيْمَةُ تَسَلَّمَهَا آبَاؤُنَا، فَدَخَلُوا بِهَا مَعَ يَشُوع، وتَمَلَّكُوا أَرْضَ الأُمَم، الَّذِينَ طَرَدَهُمُ اللهُ مِنْ وَجْهِ آبَائِنَا، حَتَّى أَيَّامِ داوُد، 46 الَّذِي وَجَدَ نِعْمَةً أَمَامَ الله، والْتَمَسَ أَنْ يَجِدَ مَسْكِنًا لإِلـهِ يَعْقُوب. 47 ولـكِنَّ سُلَيْمَانَ هُوَ الَّذِي بَنَى لَهُ بَيْتًا. 48 غَيرَ أَنَّ العَليَّ لا يَسْكُنُ في مَصْنُوعَاتِ الأَيْدِي، كَمَا يَقُولُ النَّبِيّ: 49 أَلسَّمَاءُ عَرْشِي، والأَرْضُ مَوطِئُ قَدَمَيَّ، فَأَيَّ بَيْتٍ تَبْنُونَ لِي، يَقُولُ الرَّبّ، وأَيُّ مَكَانٍ يَكُونُ مَقَرَّ رَاحَتِي؟ 50 أَلَيْسَتْ يَدِي هِيَ الَّتِي صَنَعَتْ هـذِهِ الأَشْيَاءَ كُلَّها؟
Evangile Arabic	1 في تِلْكَ السَّاعَة، دَنَا التَّلامِيذُ مِنْ يَسُوعَ وقَالُوا: "مَنْ هُوَ الأَعْظَمُ في مَلَكُوتِ السَّمَاوَات؟". 2 فَدَعَا يَسُوعُ طِفْلاً، وأَقَامَهُ في وَسَطِهِم، 3 وقَال: "أَلـحَقَّ أَقُولُ لَكُم: إِنْ لَمْ تَعُودُوا فَتَصِيرُوا مِثْلَ الأَطْفَال، لَنْ تَدْخُلُوا مَلَكُوتَ السَّمَاوَات. 4 فَمَنْ وَاضَعَ نَفْسَهُ مِثْلَ هـذَا الطِّفْلِ هُوَ الأَعْظَمُ في مَلَكُوتِ السَّمَاوَات. 5 ومَنْ قَبِلَ بِاسْمِي طِفْلاً وَاحِدًا مِثْلَ هـذَا فَقَدْ قَبِلَني.

Lecture French	44 Nos pères, dans le désert, avaient la tente Elle avait été faite d’après les ordres de Celui qui parlait à Moïse et qui lui en avait montré le modèle. 45 Après avoir reçu cette tente, nos pères, avec Josué, la firent entrer dans le pays que les nations possédaient avant que Dieu les chasse loin du visage de nos pères. Cela dura jusqu’au temps de David. 46 Celui-ci trouva grâce devant Dieu et il pria afin de trouver une demeure au Dieu de Jacob. 47 Mais ce fut Salomon qui lui construisit une maison. 48 Pourtant, le Très-Haut n’habite pas dans ce qui est fait de main d’homme, comme le dit le prophète : 49 Le ciel est mon trône, et la terre, l’escabeau de mes pieds. Quelle maison me bâtirez-vous, dit le Seigneur, quel sera le lieu de mon repos ? 50 N’est-ce pas ma main qui a fait tout cela ?
Evangile French	01 À ce moment-là, les disciples s’approchèrent de Jésus et lui dirent : « Qui donc est le plus grand dans le royaume des Cieux ? » 02 Alors Jésus appela un petit enfant ; il le plaça au milieu d’eux, 03 et il déclara : « Amen, je vous le dis : si vous ne changez pas pour devenir comme les enfants, vous n’entrerez pas dans le royaume des Cieux. 04 Mais celui qui se fera petit comme cet enfant, celui-là est le plus grand dans le royaume des Cieux. 05 Et celui qui accueille un enfant comme celui-ci en mon nom, il m’accueille, moi.

Lecture English	44 Our ancestors had the tent of testimony in the desert just as the One who spoke to Moses directed him to make it according to the pattern he had seen.g 45 Our ancestors who inherited it brought it with Joshua when they dispossessed the nations that God drove out from before our ancestors, up to the time of David,h 46 who found favor in the sight of God and asked that he might find a dwelling place for the house of Jacob.i 47 But Solomon built a house for him.j 48 Yet the Most High does not dwell in houses made by human hands. As the prophet says:k 49 ‘The heavens are my throne, the earth is my footstool. What kind of house can you build for me? says the Lord, or what is to be my resting place?l 50 Did not my hand make all these things?’
Evangile English	1 a At that time the disciples* approached Jesus and said, “Who is the greatest in the kingdom of heaven?” 2 He called a child over, placed it in their midst, 3 b and said, “Amen, I say to you, unless you turn and become like children,* you will not enter the kingdom of heaven. 4 c Whoever humbles himself like this child is the greatest in the kingdom of heaven. 5 * And whoever receives one child such as this in my name receives me.
