Lecture Arabic	1 وبَعْدَ خَمْسَةِ أَيَّام، نَزَلَ حَنَـانِيَّـــا عَظِيمُ الأَحْبَارِ مَعَ بَعْضِ الشُّيُوخ، وَمُحَامٍ اسْمُــهُ تـِرْتِلُّس، وعَرَضُوا أَمَامَ الوَالي شَكْوَاهُم عَلى بُولُس. 2 فَاسْتَدْعَى الوَالي بُولُس، وبَدَأَ تِــِرتِلُّسُ يَشْكُوهُ قَائِلاً : "أَيُّهَا الشَّرِيفُ فِيلِكْس، إِنَّ مَا نَنْعَــمُ بِــهِ مِنْ سَلامٍ شَامِلٍ بِفَضْلِـكَ، ومَا جَرَى بِعِنَايَتِكَ مِنْ إِصْلاحَـاتٍ لِخَــيْرِ أُمَّتِنَــا، 5 فَقَدْ وَجَدْنَا هـذَا الرَّجُلَ آفَـةَ الآفَات، يُثِيرُ الفِـتَنَ بَيْنَ جَمِيع اليَهُـود، في الـمَسْكُونَةِ كُلِّهَـا، وَهُوَ مُتَقَدِّمٌ في شِيعَـةِ النَّصَـارَى. 6 وقَدْ حَاوَل أَنْ يُدَنِّسَ الـهَيْكَل ، فَقَبَضْنَا عَلَيْه. وَأَرَدْنَا أَنْ نُحَاكِمَهُ بِحَسَبِ شَريعَتِنَا، 9 وَأَيَّـــدَ اليَهُـودُ كَلامَ الـمُحَامِي زَاعِمِينَ أَنَّ الأَمْــرَ كَذـلِكَ. 10 وأَشَارَ الوَالي إِلى بُـولُسَ أَنْ يَتَكَلَّم، فَأَجَاب :"أَنَـا أَعْلَمُ أَنَّكَ قَاضِي أُمَّتِنَــا مُنْذُ سَنَوَاتٍ عَدِيدَة، وَلِذ,لِكَ أُدَافِعُ عَنْ نَفْسِي مُطْمَئِنًّا. 11 وَيُمِكِنُكَ أَنْ تَتَأَكَّدَ أَنَّــهُ لَـمْ يَمْضِ أَكْثَرَ مِنِ اثْنَيْ عَشَرَ يَوْمًا عَلى صُعُودِي إِلى أُورَشَلِيمَ لِلْعِبَـادَة. 12 وَلَمْ يَجِدُونِـي مَــرَّةً أُجَادِلُ أَحَدًا أَوْ أُثِيرُ جَمْعًا، لا في الـهَيْكَل، ولا في الـمَجَامِع، ولا في الـمَدِينَة. 13 فَهُمْ أَعْجَـزُ مِنْ أَنْ يُثْبِتُــوا مَـا يَشْكُونَـنِي بِــهِ الآن. 17 وَبَعْدَ سِنِينَ كَثِيرَة، جِئْتُ إِلى أُورَشَلِيمَ أَحْمِلُ صَدَقَاتٍ إِلى أُمَّــتِي وَأُقَــرِّبُ قَرَابِـين. 18 وفِيمَـا كُنْـتُ أَقُومُ بِذـلِكَ، وجَدُونِي في الـهَيْكَل، وقَـدْ تَطَهَّرْتُ، لا مَـعَ جَمْـعٍ ولا في شَغَـب. 19 والَّذِينَ وَجَدُونِـي هُـمْ يَهُـودٌ مِنْ آسِيَـا، وقَـدْ كَـانَ عَلَيْهِم أَنْ يَحْضُـرُوا بَيْنَ يَدَيْكَ ويَشْكُونِـي، لَـوْ كَـانَ لَهُم عَلَـيَّ أَيُّ شَكْـوَى. 20 أَو فَلْيَقُلْ هـؤُلاءِ أَنْفُسُهُم مَـاذَا وَجَدُوا فِيَّ مِـنْ جُــرْمٍ، حِينَ وَقَفْـتُ أَمَامَ مَجْلِسِهِم، 21 غَــيْرَ تِلْكَ الكَلِمَةِ الَّتِي صِحْـتُ بِهَـا، وأَنَــا وَاقِفٌ بَيْنَــهُم: "إِنِّي عَلى قِيَامَةِ الأَمْـوَاتِ أُحَاكَـمُ اليَوْمَ أَمَامَكُم؟".
Evangile Arabic	32 لا تَخَفْ، أَيُّها القَطِيعُ الصَّغِير، فَقَدْ حَسُنَ لَدَى أَبِيكُم أَنْ يُعْطِيَكُمُ الـمَلَكُوت. 33 بِيعُوا مَا تَمْلِكُون، وَتَصَدَّقُوا بِهِ، واجْعَلُوا لَكُم أَكْيَاسًا لا تَبْلَى، وَكَنْزًا في السَّماوَاتِ لا يَنفَد، حَيْثُ لا يَقْتَرِبُ سَارِق، ولا يُفْسِدُ سُوس. 34 فَحَيْثُ يَكُونُ كَنْزُكُم، هُنَاكَ يَكُونُ أَيْضًا قَلْبُكُم.

Lecture French	01 Cinq jours plus tard, le grand prêtre Ananias descendit à Césarée avec quelques anciens et un avocat, un certain Tertullus. Ils exposèrent devant le gouverneur leurs griefs contre Paul. 02 On fit appeler celui-ci, et Tertullus commença son discours d’accusation : « Nous qui jouissons d’une grande paix grâce à toi et aux réformes dont ta prévoyance a fait bénéficier cette nation, 05 Nous avons constaté que cet homme est un fléau ; il suscite l’émeute chez tous les Juifs du monde entier, étant le chef du groupe des Nazaréens. 06 Il a même tenté de profaner le Temple ; 09 Les Juifs appuyèrent ce discours en affirmant qu’il en était bien ainsi. 10 Le gouverneur lui ayant fait signe de parler, Paul répliqua : « Sachant que, depuis des années, tu as cette nation sous ta juridiction, c’est avec confiance que je présente la défense de ma cause. 11 Tu peux vérifier qu’il n’y a pas plus de douze jours que je suis monté à Jérusalem pour adorer. 12 On ne m’a pas trouvé dans le Temple en train de discuter avec qui que ce soit, ni dans les synagogues ou en ville en train d’ameuter la foule, 13 et ils ne peuvent alléguer aucun fait à l’appui de ce dont ils m’accusent maintenant. 17 Au bout de plusieurs années, je suis venu apporter le produit des aumônes destinées à ma nation, et présenter des offrandes rituelles. 18 C’est à cette occasion qu’on m’a trouvé dans le Temple après une cérémonie de purification, sans qu’il y ait eu ni attroupement ni tumulte. 19 Il y avait, ce jour-là, des Juifs venus de la province d’Asie ; ils devraient se présenter devant toi et m’accuser s’ils avaient quelque chose contre moi. 20 Ou bien alors, que ceux qui sont là disent quel délit ils ont constaté quand j’ai comparu devant le Conseil suprême. 21 À moins qu’il ne s’agisse de cette seule parole que j’ai criée, debout au milieu d’eux : “C’est à cause de la résurrection des morts que je passe aujourd’hui en jugement devant vous.” »
Evangile French	32 Sois sans crainte, petit troupeau : votre Père a trouvé bon de vous donner le Royaume. 33 Vendez ce que vous possédez et donnez-le en aumône. Faites-vous des bourses qui ne s’usent pas, un trésor inépuisable dans les cieux, là où le voleur n’approche pas, où la mite ne détruit pas. 34 Car là où est votre trésor, là aussi sera votre cœur.

Lecture English	1 Five days later the high priest Ananias came down with some elders and an advocate, a certain Tertullus, and they presented formal charges against Paul to the governor. 2 When he was called, Tertullus began to accuse him, saying, “Since we have attained much peace through you, and reforms have been accomplished in this nation through your provident care, 5 a We found this man to be a pest; he creates dissension among Jews all over the world and is a ringleader of the sect of the Nazoreans.* 6 He even tried to desecrate our temple, but we arrested him.b 9 The Jews also joined in the attack and asserted that these things were so. 10 * Then the governor motioned to him to speak and Paul replied, “I know that you have been a judge over this nation for many years and so I am pleased to make my defense before you. 11 As you can verify, not more than twelve days have passed since I went up to Jerusalem to worship. 12 Neither in the temple, nor in the synagogues, nor anywhere in the city did they find me arguing with anyone or instigating a riot among the people. 13 Nor can they prove to you the accusations they are now making against me. 17 After many years, I came to bring alms for my nation and offerings.f 18 While I was so engaged, they found me, after my purification, in the temple without a crowd or disturbance.g 19 But some Jews from the province of Asia, who should be here before you to make whatever accusation they might have against me— 20 or let these men themselves state what crime they discovered when I stood before the Sanhedrin, 21 unless it was my one outcry as I stood among them, that ‘I am on trial before you today for the resurrection of the dead.’”h
Evangile English	32 Do not be afraid any longer, little flock, for your Father is pleased to give you the kingdom.o 33 Sell your belongings and give alms. Provide money bags for yourselves that do not wear out, an inexhaustible treasure in heaven that no thief can reach nor moth destroy.p 34 For where your treasure is, there also will your heart be.
