Lecture Arabic	1 لِذـلِكَ أَنَا بُولُس، أَسِيرَ الـمَسيحِ يَسُوعَ مِنْ أَجْلِكُم، أَيُّهَا الأُمَم... 2 إِنْ كُنْتُم قَدْ سَمِعْتُم بِتَدْبِيرِ نِعْمَةِ اللهِ الَّتي وُهِبَتْ لي مِنْ أَجْلِكُم، 3 وهوَ أَنِّي بِوَحْيٍ أُطْلِعْتُ على السِرّ، كَمَا كَتَبْتُ إِلَيكُم بإِيْجَازٍ مِنْ قَبْل، 4 حِينَئِذٍ يُمْكِنُكُم، إِذَا قَرَأْتُمْ ذـلِكَ، أَنْ تُدْرِكُوا فَهْمِي لِسِرِّ الـمَسِيح، 5 هـذَا السِّرِّ الَّذي لَمْ يُعْرَفْ عِنْدَ بَنِي البَشَرِ في الأَجْيَالِ الغَابِرَة، كَمَا أُعْلِنَ الآنَ بِالرُّوحِ لِرُسُلِهِ القِدِّيسِينَ والأَنْبِيَاء، 6 وهُوَ أَنَّ الأُمَمَ هُم، في الـمَسِيحِ يَسُوع، شُرَكَاءُ لَنَا في الـمِيرَاثِ والـجَسَدِ والوَعْد، بِوَاسِطَةِ الإِنْجِيل، 7 ألَّذي صِرْتُ خَادِمًا لَهُ، بِحَسَبِ هِبَةِ نِعْمَةِ اللهِ الَّتي وُهِبَتْ لي بِفِعْلِ قُدْرَتِهِ؛ 8 لي أَنَا، أَصْغَرِ القِدِّيسِينَ جَمِيعًا، وُهِبَتْ هـذِهِ النِّعْمَة، وهِيَ أَنْ أُبَشِّرَ الأُمَمَ بِغِنَى الـمَسِيحِ الَّذي لا يُسْتَقْصى، 9 وأَنْ أُوضِحَ لِلجَمِيعِ مَا هُوَ تَدْبِيرُ السِّرِّ الـمَكْتُومِ مُنْذُ الدُّهُورِ في اللهِ الَّذي خَلَقَ كُلَّ شَيء، 10 لِكَي تُعْرَفَ الآنَ مِن خِلالِ الكَنِيسَة، لَدَى الرِّئَاسَاتِ والسَّلاطِينِ في السَّمَاوات، حِكْمَةُ اللهِ الـمُتَنَوِّعَة، 11 بِحَسَبِ قَصْدِهِ الأَزَلِيِّ الَّذي حَقَّقَهُ في الـمَسِيحِ يَسُوعَ رَبِّنَا، 12 الَّذي لَنَا فيهِ، أَيْ بِالإِيْمَانِ بِهِ، الوُصُولُ بِجُرْأَةٍ وثِقَةٍ إِلى الله. 13 لِذ,لِكَ أَسْأَلُكُم أَنْ لا تَضْعُفَ عَزِيْمَتُكُم بِسَبَبِ الضِّيقَاتِ الَّتي أُعَانِيهَا مِنْ أَجْلِكُم: إِنَّهَا مَجْدٌ لَكُم!
Evangile Arabic	21 ثُمَّ خَرَجَ يَسُوعُ مِنْ هُنَاك، وانْصَرَفَ إِلى نَواحِي صُورَ وصَيْدا، 22 وإِذَا بِامْرَأَةٍ كَنْعَانِيَّةٍ مِنْ تِلْكَ النَّواحي خَرَجَتْ تَصْرُخُ وتَقُول: "إِرْحَمْني، يَا رَبّ، يَا ابْنَ دَاوُد! إِنَّ ابْنَتِي بِهَا شَيْطَانٌ يُعَذِِّبُهَا جِدًّا". 23 فَلَمْ يُجِبْهَا بِكَلِمَة. ودَنَا تَلامِيذُهُ فَأَخَذُوا يَتَوَسَّلُونَ إِلَيْهِ قَائِلين: "إِصْرِفْهَا، فَإِنَّهَا تَصْرُخُ في إِثْرِنَا!". 24 فَأَجَابَ وقَال: "لَمْ أُرْسَلْ إِلاَّ إِلى الـخِرَافِ الضَّالَّةِ مِنْ بَيْتِ إِسْرَائِيل". 25 أَمَّا هِيَ فَأَتَتْ وسَجَدَتْ لَهُ وقَالَتْ: "سَاعِدْنِي، يَا رَبّ!". 26 فَأَجَابَ وقَال: "لا يَحْسُنُ أَنْ يُؤْخَذَ خُبْزُ البَنِين، ويُلْقَى إِلى جِرَاءِ الكِلاب!". 27 فقَالَتْ: "نَعَم، يَا رَبّ! وجِرَاءُ الكِلابِ أَيْضًا تَأْكُلُ مِنَ الفُتَاتِ الـمُتَسَاقِطِ عَنْ مَائِدَةِ أَرْبَابِهَا". 28 حِينَئِذٍ أَجَابَ يَسُوعُ وقَالَ لَهَا: "أيَّتُهَا الـمَرْأَة، عَظِيْمٌ إِيْمَانُكِ! فَلْيَكُنْ لَكِ كَمَا تُريدِين". وَمِنْ تِلْكَ السَّاعَةِ شُفِيَتِ ابْنَتُهَا.

Lecture French	01 Moi, Paul, qui suis en prison à cause du Christ Jésus, je le suis pour vous qui venez des nations païennes. 02 Vous avez appris, je pense, en quoi consiste la grâce que Dieu m’a donnée pour vous : 03 par révélation, il m’a fait connaître le mystère, comme je vous l’ai déjà écrit brièvement. 04 En me lisant, vous pouvez vous rendre compte de l’intelligence que j’ai du mystère du Christ. 05 Ce mystère n’avait pas été porté à la connaissance des hommes des générations passées, comme il a été révélé maintenant à ses saints Apôtres et aux prophètes, dans l’Esprit. 06 Ce mystère, c’est que toutes les nations sont associées au même héritage, au même corps, au partage de la même promesse, dans le Christ Jésus, par l’annonce de l’Évangile. 07 De cet Évangile je suis devenu ministre par le don de la grâce que Dieu m’a accordée par l’énergie de sa puissance. 08 À moi qui suis vraiment le plus petit de tous les fidèles, la grâce a été donnée d’annoncer aux nations l’insondable richesse du Christ, 09 et de mettre en lumière pour tous le contenu du mystère qui était caché depuis toujours en Dieu, le créateur de toutes choses ; 10 ainsi, désormais, les Puissances célestes elles-mêmes connaissent, grâce à l’Église, les multiples aspects de la Sagesse de Dieu. 11 C’est le projet éternel que Dieu a réalisé dans le Christ Jésus notre Seigneur. 12 Et notre foi au Christ nous donne l’assurance nécessaire pour accéder auprès de Dieu en toute confiance. 13 Aussi, je vous demande de ne pas vous décourager devant les épreuves que j’endure pour vous : elles sont votre gloire.
Evangile French	21 Partant de là, Jésus se retira dans la région de Tyr et de Sidon. 22 Voici qu’une Cananéenne, venue de ces territoires, disait en criant : « Prends pitié de moi, Seigneur, fils de David ! Ma fille est tourmentée par un démon. » 23 Mais il ne lui répondit pas un mot. Les disciples s’approchèrent pour lui demander : « Renvoie-la, car elle nous poursuit de ses cris ! » 24 Jésus répondit : « Je n’ai été envoyé qu’aux brebis perdues de la maison d’Israël. » 25 Mais elle vint se prosterner devant lui en disant : « Seigneur, viens à mon secours ! » 26 Il répondit : « Il n’est pas bien de prendre le pain des enfants et de le jeter aux petits chiens. » 27 Elle reprit : « Oui, Seigneur ; mais justement, les petits chiens mangent les miettes qui tombent de la table de leurs maîtres. » 28 Jésus répondit : « Femme, grande est ta foi, que tout se passe pour toi comme tu le veux ! » Et, à l’heure même, sa fille fut guérie.

Lecture English	1 Because of this,a I, Paul, a prisoner of Christ* [Jesus] for you Gentiles— 2 if, as I suppose, you have heard of the stewardship* of God’s grace that was given to me for your benefit,b 3 [namely, that] the mystery* was made known to me by revelation, as I have written briefly earlier.c 4 When you read this you can understand my insight into the mystery of Christ, 5 which was not made known to human beings in other generations as it has now been revealed to his holy apostles and prophets by the Spirit,d 6 that the Gentiles are coheirs, members of the same body, and copartners in the promise in Christ Jesus through the gospel.e 7 Of this I became a minister by the gift of God’s grace that was granted me in accord with the exercise of his power.f 8 To me, the very least of all the holy ones, this grace was given, to preach to the Gentiles the inscrutable riches of Christ,g 9 and to bring to light [for all]* what is the plan of the mystery hidden from ages past in God who created all things,h 10 so that the manifold wisdom of God might now be made known through the church to the principalities and authorities* in the heavens.i 11 This was according to the eternal purpose that he accomplished in Christ Jesus our Lord, 12 in whom we have boldness of speech and confidence of access through faith in him.j 13 So I ask you not to lose heart over my afflictions for you; this is your glory.k Prayer for the Readers.*
Evangile English	21 i Then Jesus went from that place and withdrew to the region of Tyre and Sidon. 22 And behold, a Canaanite woman of that district came and called out, “Have pity on me, Lord, Son of David! My daughter is tormented by a demon.” 23 But he did not say a word in answer to her. His disciples came and asked him, “Send her away, for she keeps calling out after us.” 24 * He said in reply, “I was sent only to the lost sheep of the house of Israel.” 25 j But the woman came and did him homage, saying, “Lord, help me.” 26 He said in reply, “It is not right to take the food of the children* and throw it to the dogs.” 27 She said, “Please, Lord, for even the dogs eat the scraps that fall from the table of their masters.” 28 k Then Jesus said to her in reply, “O woman, great is your faith!* Let it be done for you as you wish.” And her daughter was healed from that hour.
