Lecture Arabic	18 أَسْتَودِعُكَ هـذِهِ الوَصِيَّة، يَا ابْنِي طِيمُوتَاوُس، بِمُقتَضَى النُّبُوءَاتِ السَّابِقَةِ الَّتي تُلِيَتْ عَلَيْك، لِكَي تُجَاهِدَ بِهَا الـجِهَادَ الـحَسَن، 7 وأَنَا جُعِلْتُ لَهَا مُبَشِّرًا ورسُولاً. أَلْحَقَّ أَقُولُ ولا أَكْذِب، إِنِّي صِرْتُ مُعَلِّمًا لِلأُمَمِ في الإِيْمَانِ والْحَقّ.
Evangile Arabic	31 فَلَمَّا خَرَجَ قَالَ يَسُوع: "أَلآنَ مُجِّدَ ابْنُ الإِنْسَانِ ومُجِّدَ اللهُ فِيه. 32 إِنْ كَانَ اللهُ قَدْ مُجِّدَ فِيه، فَاللهُ سَيُمَجِّدُهُ في ذَاتِهِ، وحَالاً يُمَجِّدُهُ. 33 يَا أَوْلادي، أَنَا مَعَكُم بَعْدُ زَمَنًا قَلِيلاً. سَتَطْلُبُونِي، ولـكِنْ مَا قُلْتُهُ لِلْيَهُودِ أَقُولُهُ لَكُمُ الآن: حَيْثُ أَنَا أَمْضِي لا تَقْدِرُونَ أَنْتُم أَنْ تَأْتُوا. 34 وَصِيَّةً جَديدَةً أُعْطِيكُم، أَنْ تُحِبُّوا بَعْضُكُم بَعْضًا. أَجَل، أَنْ تُحِبُّوا بَعْضُكُم بَعْضًا كَمَا أَنَا أَحْبَبْتُكُم. 35 بِهـذَا يَعْرِفُ الـجَمِيعُ أَنَّكُم تَلامِيذِي، إِنْ كَانَ فيكُم حُبُّ بَعْضِكُم لِبَعْض".

Lecture French	18 Voici la consigne que je te transmets, Timothée mon enfant, conformément aux paroles prophétiques jadis prononcées sur toi : livre ainsi la bonne bataille, 07 pour lequel j’ai reçu la charge de messager et d’apôtre – je dis vrai, je ne mens pas – moi qui enseigne aux nations la foi et la vérité.
Evangile French	31 Quand il fut sorti, Jésus déclara : « Maintenant le Fils de l’homme est glorifié, et Dieu est glorifié en lui. 32 Si Dieu est glorifié en lui, Dieu aussi le glorifiera ; et il le glorifiera bientôt. 33 Petits enfants, c’est pour peu de temps encore que je suis avec vous. Vous me chercherez, et, comme je l’ai dit aux Juifs : “Là où je vais, vous ne pouvez pas aller”, je vous le dis maintenant à vous aussi. 34 Je vous donne un commandement nouveau : c’est de vous aimer les uns les autres. Comme je vous ai aimés, vous aussi aimez-vous les uns les autres. 35 À ceci, tous reconnaîtront que vous êtes mes disciples : si vous avez de l’amour les uns pour les autres. »

Evangile English	31 * When he had left, Jesus said,* “Now is the Son of Man glorified, and God is glorified in him. 32 [If God is glorified in him,] God will also glorify him in himself, and he will glorify him at once.r 33 My children, I will be with you only a little while longer. You will look for me, and as I told the Jews, ‘Where I go you cannot come,’ so now I say it to you.s 34 I give you a new commandment:* love one another. As I have loved you, so you also should love one another.t 35 This is how all will know that you are my disciples, if you have love for one another.”
