Lecture Arabic	12 لِذـلِكَ سَأُعْنَى دَومًا بِتَذْكِيرِكُم هـذِهِ الأُمُور، وإِنْ كُنْتُم عَالِمِينَ بِهَا، ورَاسِخِينَ في الـحَقِيقَةِ الـحَاضِرَة عِنْدَكُم. 13 وأَرَى أَنَّهُ مِنَ العَدْلِ أَنْ أُنَبِّهَكُم وأُذَكِّرَكُم، مَا دُمْتُ في هـذَا الْمَسْكَن، أَيْ في جَسَدِي، 14 وأَنَا عالِمٌ أَنَّ رَحِيلِي عَنْ هـذَا الـمَسْكَنِ قَرِيب، كَما أَوْضَحَ لِي ربُّنَا يَسُوعُ الـمَسِيح. 15 وسَأَبْذُلُ جَهْدِي لِكَي يُمْكِنَكُم أَنْ تَتَذكَّرُوا تِلْكَ الأُمُورَ كُلَّ حينٍ بَعْدَ رَحِيلي. 16 فإِنَّنَا قَد عرَّفْنَاكُم قُدرَةَ ربِّنَا يَسُوعَ الـمَسِيحِ ومَجِيئَهُ، لا بِاتِّبَاعِ خُرَافَاتٍ مُلَفَّقَة، بَلْ لأَنَّنَا كُنَّا شُهُودَ عِيَانٍ لِعَظَمَتِهِ. 17 وهُوَ الَّذي أَخَذَ منَ اللهِ الآبِ كَرَامَةً ومَجْدًا، حِينَ جَاءَهُ مِن الـمَجْدِ الأَسْمَى صَوْتٌ يَقُول: "هـذَا هُوَ ابنِي الـحَبِيبُ الَّذي بِهِ رَضِيت!". 18 ونَحْنُ أَيضًا قَد سَمِعْنَا هـذَا الصَّوتَ الآتيَ مِنَ السَّمَاء، حِينَ كُنَّا مَعَهُ على الـجَبَلِ الـمُقَدَّس. 19 وهـكَذَا صَارَ كلامُ الأَنْبِياءِ أَكْثَرَ ثَبَاتًا عِنْدَنَا. وحَسَنًا تَفعَلُونَ إِنْ وجَّهْتُم نَظَرَكُم إِلَيْهِ كمَا إِلى سِرَاجٍ مُنِيرٍ في مَكانٍ مُظْلِم، إِلى أَنْ يَطْلَعَ النَّهَارُ ويُشْرِقَ كَوكَبُ الصَّبَاحِ في قُلُوبِكُم. 20 واعْلَمْوا قَبْلَ كُلِّ شَيء، أَنَّهُ مَا مِنْ نُبُوءَةٍ في الكِتَابِ تُفَسَّرُ بِاجِتِهَادٍ خَاصّ؛ 21 لأَنَّهُ مَا مِن نُبُوءَةٍ أَتَتْ بِمَشِيئَةِ إِنْسَان، ولـكِنَّ الرُّوحَ القُدُسَ دَفَعَ أُنَاسًا قدِّيسِينَ فَتَكلَّمُوا مِن قِبَلِ الله.
Evangile Arabic	21 وعَادَ يَسُوعُ يَقُولُ لَهُم: "أَنَا أَمْضِي، وتَطْلُبُونِي وتَمُوتُونَ في خَطِيئَتِكُم. حَيْثُ أَنَا أَمْضِي لا تَقْدِرُونَ أَنْتُم أَنْ تَأْتُوا". 22 فَأَخَذَ اليَهُودُ يَقُولُون: "أَتُراهُ يَقْتُلُ نَفْسَهُ؟ فَإِنَّهُ يَقُول: حَيْثُ أَنَا أَمْضِي لا تَقْدِرُونَ أَنْتُم أَنْ تَأْتُوا!". 23 ثُمَّ قَالَ لَهُم: "أَنْتُم مِنْ أَسْفَل، وأَنَا مِنْ فَوْق. أَنْتُم مِنْ هـذَا العَالَم، وأَنَا لَسْتُ مِنْ هـذَا العَالَم. 24 لِذـلِكَ قُلْتُ لَكُم: سَتَمُوتُونَ في خَطَايَاكُم. أَجَل، إِنْ لَمْ تُؤْمِنُوا أَنِّي أَنَا هُوَ تَمُوتُوا فِي خَطَايَاكُم". 25 فَقَالُوا لَهُ: "أَنْتَ، مَنْ أَنْت؟". قَالَ لَهُم يَسُوع: "أَنَا هُوَ مَا أَقُولُهُ لَكُم مُنْذُ البَدء. 26 لِي كَلامٌ كَثِيرٌ أَقُولُهُ فِيكُم وأَدِينُكُم. لـكِنَّ الَّذي أَرْسَلَنِي صَادِق. ومَا سَمِعْتُهُ أَنَا مِنْهُ، فَهـذَا أَقُولُهُ لِلْعَالَم". 27 ولَمْ يَعْرِفُوا أَنَّهُ كَانَ يُحَدِّثُهُم عَنِ الآب. 28 ثُمَّ قَالَ لَهُم يَسُوع: "عِنْدَمَا تَرْفَعُونَ ابْنَ الإِنْسَان، تَعْرِفُونَ حِينَئِذٍ أَنِّي أَنَا هُوَ، وَأَنِّي لا أَعْمَلُ شَيْئًا مِنْ تِلْقَاءِ نَفْسِي، بَلْ كَمَا عَلَّمَنِي الآبُ أَتَكَلَّم. 29 والَّذي أَرْسَلَنِي هُوَ مَعِي، ومَا تَرَكَنِي وَحْدِي، لأَنِّي أَعْمَلُ دَومًا مَا يُرْضِيه". 30 وفيمَا هُوَ يَتَكَلَّمُ بِهـذَا، آمَنَ بِهِ كَثِيرُون.

Lecture French	12 Voilà pourquoi je tiendrai toujours à vous remettre cela en mémoire, bien que vous le sachiez et que vous soyez affermis dans la vérité qui est déjà là. 13 Et il me paraît juste, tant que je suis ici-bas, de vous tenir éveillés par ces rappels, 14 car je sais que bientôt je partirai d’ici-bas, comme notre Seigneur Jésus Christ me l’a fait savoir. 15 Mais je redoublerai d’efforts pour qu’après mon départ vous puissiez en toute occasion faire mémoire de cela. 16 En effet, ce n’est pas en ayant recours à des récits imaginaires sophistiqués que nous vous avons fait connaître la puissance et la venue de notre Seigneur Jésus Christ, mais c’est pour avoir été les témoins oculaires de sa grandeur. 17 Car il a reçu de Dieu le Père l’honneur et la gloire quand, depuis la Gloire magnifique, lui parvint une voix qui disait : Celui-ci est mon Fils, mon bien-aimé ; en lui j’ai toute ma joie. 18 Cette voix venant du ciel, nous l’avons nous-mêmes entendue quand nous étions avec lui sur la montagne sainte. 19 Et ainsi se confirme pour nous la parole prophétique ; vous faites bien de fixer votre attention sur elle, comme sur une lampe brillant dans un lieu obscur jusqu’à ce que paraisse le jour et que l’étoile du matin se lève dans vos cœurs. 20 Car vous savez cette chose primordiale : pour aucune prophétie de l’Écriture il ne peut y avoir d’interprétation individuelle, 21 puisque ce n’est jamais par la volonté d’un homme qu’un message prophétique a été porté : c’est portés par l’Esprit Saint que des hommes ont parlé de la part de Dieu.
Evangile French	21 Jésus leur dit encore : « Je m’en vais ; vous me chercherez, et vous mourrez dans votre péché. Là où moi je vais, vous ne pouvez pas aller. » 22 Les Juifs disaient : « Veut-il donc se donner la mort, puisqu’il dit : “Là où moi je vais, vous ne pouvez pas aller” ? » 23 Il leur répondit : « Vous, vous êtes d’en bas ; moi, je suis d’en haut. Vous, vous êtes de ce monde ; moi, je ne suis pas de ce monde. 24 C’est pourquoi je vous ai dit que vous mourrez dans vos péchés. En effet, si vous ne croyez pas que moi, JE SUIS, vous mourrez dans vos péchés. » 25 Alors, ils lui demandaient : « Toi, qui es-tu ? » Jésus leur répondit : « Je n’ai pas cessé de vous le dire. 26 À votre sujet, j’ai beaucoup à dire et à juger. D’ailleurs Celui qui m’a envoyé dit la vérité, et ce que j’ai entendu de lui, je le dis pour le monde. » 27 Ils ne comprirent pas qu’il leur parlait du Père. 28 Jésus leur déclara : « Quand vous aurez élevé le Fils de l’homme, alors vous comprendrez que moi, JE SUIS, et que je ne fais rien de moi-même ; ce que je dis là, je le dis comme le Père me l’a enseigné. 29 Celui qui m’a envoyé est avec moi ; il ne m’a pas laissé seul, parce que je fais toujours ce qui lui est agréable. » 30 Sur ces paroles de Jésus, beaucoup crurent en lui.

Lecture English	12 * Therefore, I will always remind you of these things, even though you already know them and are established in the truth you have. 13 I think it right, as long as I am in this “tent,”* to stir you up by a reminder, 14 since I know that I will soon have to put it aside, as indeed our Lord Jesus Christ has shown me.e 15 I shall also make every effort to enable you always to remember these things after my departure. 16 We did not follow cleverly devised myths when we made known to you the power and coming* of our Lord Jesus Christ, but we had been eyewitnesses of his majesty.f 17 For he received honor and glory from God the Father* when that unique declaration came to him from the majestic glory, “This is my Son, my beloved, with whom I am well pleased.”g 18 We* ourselves heard this voice come from heaven while we were with him on the holy mountain. 19 h Moreover, we possess the prophetic message that is altogether reliable. You will do well to be attentive to it, as to a lamp shining in a dark place, until day dawns and the morning star rises in your hearts. 20 * Know this first of all, that there is no prophecy of scripture that is a matter of personal interpretation, 21 for no prophecy ever came through human will; but rather human beings moved by the holy Spirit spoke under the influence of God.
Evangile English	21 He said to them again, “I am going away and you will look for me, but you will die in your sin.* Where I am going you cannot come.”n 22 * So the Jews said, “He is not going to kill himself, is he, because he said, ‘Where I am going you cannot come’?” 23 He said to them, “You belong to what is below, I belong to what is above. You belong to this world, but I do not belong to this world.o 24 That is why I told you that you will die in your sins. For if you do not believe that I AM,* you will die in your sins.”p 25 * So they said to him, “Who are you?”q Jesus said to them, “What I told you from the beginning. 26 I have much to say about you in condemnation. But the one who sent me is true, and what I heard from him I tell the world.”r 27 They did not realize that he was speaking to them of the Father. 28 So Jesus said (to them), “When you lift up the Son of Man, then you will realize that I AM, and that I do nothing on my own, but I say only what the Father taught me.s 29 The one who sent me is with me. He has not left me alone, because I always do what is pleasing to him.” 30 Because he spoke this way, many came to believe in him.
