Lecture Arabic	8 لا يَكُنْ عَلَيْكُم لأَحَدٍ دَيْنٌ إِلاَّ حُبُّ بَعْضِكُم لِبَعْض. فَمَنْ أَحَبَّ غَيْرَهُ أَتَمَّ الشَّرِيعَة؛ 9 لأَنَّ الوَصَايَا: "لا تَزْنِ! لا تَقْتُلْ! لا تَسْرِقْ! لا تَشْتَهِ!"، وأَيَّ وَصِيَّةٍ أُخْرَى، تَخْتَصِرُهَا هـذِهِ الكَلِمَة: "أَحْبِبْ قَرِيبَكَ كَنَفْسِكَ!". 10 إِنَّ الـمَحَبَّةَ لا تَصْنَعُ بِالقَريبِ شَرًّا؛ إِذًا فَالـمَحَبَّةُ هِيَ كَمَالُ الشَّرِيعَة. 11 وإِنَّكُم لَعَالِمُونَ في أَيِّ وَقْتٍ نَحْن: لَقَدْ حَانَتِ السَّاعَةُ لِتَسْتَيْقِظُوا مِنَ النَّوْم! لأَنَّ الـخَلاَصَ أَقْرَبُ إِلَيْنَا اليَوْمَ مِمَّا كَانَ يَوْمَ آمَنَّا. 12 لَقَدْ تَنَاهَى اللَّيلُ واقْتَرَبَ النَّهَار. إِذًا فَلْنَطْرَحْ أَعْمَالَ الظُّلْمَة، ونَلْبَسْ أَسْلِحَةَ النُّور. 13 وَلْنَسْلُكْ سُلُوكًا لائِقًا كَمَا في وَضْحِ النَّهَار، لا في القُصُوفِ والسُّكْر، ولا في الفُجُورِ وَالفَحْشَاء، ولا في الـخِصَامِ والـحَسَد، 14 ولا تَهْتَمُّوا بِالـجَسَدِ لِقَضَاءِ شَهَوَاتِهِ، بَلِ الْبَسُوا الرَّبَّ يَسُوعَ الـمَسِيح!
Evangile Arabic	25 وَإِذَا عَالِمٌ بِالتَّوْرَاةِ قَامَ يُجَرِّبُ يَسُوعَ قَائِلاً: "يا مُعَلِّم، مَاذَا أَعْمَلُ لأَرِثَ الـحَياةَ الأَبَدِيَّة؟". 26 فَقَالَ لَهُ: "مَاذَا كُتِبَ في التَّوْرَاة؟ كَيْفَ تَقْرَأ؟". 27 فَقَالَ :"أَحْبِبِ الرَّبَّ إِلـهَكَ مِنْ كُلِّ قَلْبِكَ، وَكُلِّ نَفْسِكَ، وَكُلِّ قُدْرَتِكَ، وَكُلِّ فِكْرِكَ، وَأَحْبِبْ قَرِيبَكَ كَنَفْسِكَ". 28 فَقالَ لَهُ يَسُوع: "بِالصَّوابِ أَجَبْتَ. إِفْعَلْ هـذَا فَتَحْيَا". 29 أَمَّا هُوَ فَأَرادَ أَنْ يُبَرِّرَ نَفْسَهُ، فَقَالَ لِيَسُوع: "وَمَنْ هُوَ قَريبِي؟". 30 فَأَجابَ يَسُوعُ وَقَال: "كانَ رَجُلٌ نَازِلاً مِنْ أُورَشَلِيمَ إِلى أَرِيـحَا، فَوَقَعَ في أَيْدِي اللُّصُوص، وَعَرَّوهُ، وَأَوْسَعُوهُ ضَرْبًا، وَمَضَوا وَقَدْ تَرَكُوهُ بَيْنَ حَيٍّ وَمَيْت. 31 وَصَدَفَ أَنَّ كَاهِنًا كَانَ نَازِلاً في تِلْكَ الطَّرِيق، وَرَآهُ، فَمَالَ عَنْهُ وَمَضَى. 32 وَمَرَّ أَيْضًا لاوِيٌّ بِذـلِكَ الـمَكَان، وَرَآهُ، فَمَالَ عَنْهُ وَمَضَى. 33 ولـكِنَّ سَامِرِيًّا مُسَافِرًا مَرَّ بِهِ، وَرَآهُ، فَتَحَنَّنَ عَلَيْه، 34 وَدَنَا مِنْهُ، وَضَمَّدَ جِرَاحَهُ، سَاكِبًا عَلَيْها زَيْتًا وَخَمْرًا. ثُمَّ وَضَعَهُ عَلَى دَابَّتِهِ، وَذَهَبَ بِهَ إِلى الفُنْدُق، واعْتَنَى بِهِ. 35 وفي الغَد، أَخْرَجَ دِينَارَينِ وَأَعْطاهُمَا لِصَاحِبِ الفُنْدُق، وَقَالَ لَهُ: إِعْتَنِ بِهِ، وَمَهْمَا أَنْفَقْتَ فَأَنَا أُوفِيكَ عِنْدَ عَوْدَتي. 36 فَمَا رَأْيُكَ؟ أَيُّ هـؤُلاءِ الثَّلاثَةِ كَانَ قَريبَ ذـلِكَ الرَّجُلِ الَّذي وَقَعَ في أَيْدِي اللُّصُوص؟". 37 فَقَالَ: "أَلَّذي صَنَعَ إِلَيْهِ الرَّحْمَة". فَقَالَ لَهُ يَسُوع: "إِذْهَبْ، واصْنَعْ أَنْتَ أَيْضًا كَذـلِكَ".

Lecture French	08 N’ayez de dette envers personne, sauf celle de l’amour mutuel, car celui qui aime les autres a pleinement accompli la Loi. 09 La Loi dit : Tu ne commettras pas d’adultère, tu ne commettras pas de meurtre, tu ne commettras pas de vol, tu ne convoiteras pas. Ces commandements et tous les autres se résument dans cette parole : Tu aimeras ton prochain comme toi-même. 10 L’amour ne fait rien de mal au prochain. Donc, le plein accomplissement de la Loi, c’est l’amour. 11 Vous le savez : c’est le moment, l’heure est déjà venue de sortir de votre sommeil. Car le salut est plus près de nous maintenant qu’à l’époque où nous sommes devenus croyants. 12 La nuit est bientôt finie, le jour est tout proche. Rejetons les œuvres des ténèbres, revêtons-nous des armes de la lumière. 13 Conduisons-nous honnêtement, comme on le fait en plein jour, sans orgies ni beuveries, sans luxure ni débauches, sans rivalité ni jalousie, 14 mais revêtez-vous du Seigneur Jésus Christ ; ne vous abandonnez pas aux préoccupations de la chair pour en satisfaire les convoitises.
Evangile French	25 Et voici qu’un docteur de la Loi se leva et mit Jésus à l’épreuve en disant : « Maître, que dois-je faire pour avoir en héritage la vie éternelle ? » 26 Jésus lui demanda : « Dans la Loi, qu’y a-t-il d’écrit ? Et comment lis-tu ? » 27 L’autre répondit : « Tu aimeras le Seigneur ton Dieu de tout ton cœur, de toute ton âme, de toute ta force et de toute ton intelligence, et ton prochain comme toi-même. » 28 Jésus lui dit : « Tu as répondu correctement. Fais ainsi et tu vivras. » 29 Mais lui, voulant se justifier, dit à Jésus : « Et qui est mon prochain ? » 30 Jésus reprit la parole : « Un homme descendait de Jérusalem à Jéricho, et il tomba sur des bandits ; ceux-ci, après l’avoir dépouillé et roué de coups, s’en allèrent, le laissant à moitié mort. 31 Par hasard, un prêtre descendait par ce chemin ; il le vit et passa de l’autre côté. 32 De même un lévite arriva à cet endroit ; il le vit et passa de l’autre côté. 33 Mais un Samaritain, qui était en route, arriva près de lui ; il le vit et fut saisi de compassion. 34 Il s’approcha, et pansa ses blessures en y versant de l’huile et du vin ; puis il le chargea sur sa propre monture, le conduisit dans une auberge et prit soin de lui. 35 Le lendemain, il sortit deux pièces d’argent, et les donna à l’aubergiste, en lui disant : “Prends soin de lui ; tout ce que tu auras dépensé en plus, je te le rendrai quand je repasserai.” 36 Lequel des trois, à ton avis, a été le prochain de l’homme tombé aux mains des bandits ? » 37 Le docteur de la Loi répondit : « Celui qui a fait preuve de pitié envers lui. » Jésus lui dit : « Va, et toi aussi, fais de même. »

Lecture English	8 Owe nothing to anyone, except to love one another; for the one who loves another has fulfilled the law.f 9 The commandments, “You shall not commit adultery; you shall not kill; you shall not steal; you shall not covet,” and whatever other commandment there may be, are summed up in this saying, [namely] “You shall love your neighbor as yourself.”g 10 Love does no evil to the neighbor; hence, love is the fulfillment of the law.h Awareness of the End of Time.* 11 And do this because you know the time; it is the hour now for you to awake from sleep. For our salvation is nearer now than when we first believed;i 12 the night is advanced, the day is at hand. Let us then throw off the works of darkness [and] put on the armor of light;j 13 let us conduct ourselves properly as in the day,* not in orgies and drunkenness, not in promiscuity and licentiousness, not in rivalry and jealousy.k 14 But put on the Lord Jesus Christ, and make no provision for the desires of the flesh.l
Evangile English	25 * There was a scholar of the law* who stood up to test him and said, “Teacher, what must I do to inherit eternal life?”x 26 Jesus said to him, “What is written in the law? How do you read it?” 27 He said in reply, “You shall love the Lord, your God, with all your heart, with all your being, with all your strength, and with all your mind, and your neighbor as yourself.”y 28 He replied to him, “You have answered correctly; do this and you will live.”z The Parable of the Good Samaritan. 29 But because he wished to justify himself, he said to Jesus, “And who is my neighbor?” 30 Jesus replied, “A man fell victim to robbers as he went down from Jerusalem to Jericho. They stripped and beat him and went off leaving him half-dead. 31 * A priest happened to be going down that road, but when he saw him, he passed by on the opposite side. 32 Likewise a Levite came to the place, and when he saw him, he passed by on the opposite side. 33 But a Samaritan traveler who came upon him was moved with compassion at the sight. 34 He approached the victim, poured oil and wine over his wounds and bandaged them. Then he lifted him up on his own animal, took him to an inn and cared for him. 35 The next day he took out two silver coins and gave them to the innkeeper with the instruction, ‘Take care of him. If you spend more than what I have given you, I shall repay you on my way back.’ 36 Which of these three, in your opinion, was neighbor to the robbers’ victim?” 37 He answered, “The one who treated him with mercy.” Jesus said to him, “Go and do likewise.”
