Lecture Arabic	7 فَلَو كَانَ ذـلِكَ العَهْدُ الأَوَّلُ بِلا لَوم، لَمَا كَانَ هُنَاكَ دَاعٍ إِلى عَهْدٍ آخَر. 8 فإِنَّ الرَّبَّ يَلُومُ شَعْبَهُ قَائِلاً: "هَا إِنَّهَا تَأْتِي أَيَّام، يَقُولُ الرَّبّ، أَقْطَعُ فيهَا مَعَ آلِ إِسْرَائِيلَ وآلِ يَهُوذَا عَهْدًا جَدِيدًا، 9 لا كَالعَهْدِ الَّذي جَعَلْتُهُ لآبَائِهِم، يَوْمَ أَخَذْتُ بِيَدِهِم، لأُخْرِجَهُم مِن أَرْضِ مِصْر. ولأَنَّهُم مَا ثَبَتُوا عَلى عَهْدِي، أَنَا أَيْضًا أَهْمَلْتُهُم، يَقُولُ الرَّبّ. 10 وهـذَا هوَ العَهْدُ الَّذي سأُعَاهِدُ بِهِ آلَ إِسْرائِيل، بَعْدَ تِلْكَ الأَيَّام، يَقُولُ الرَّبّ: أَنِّي أَجْعَلُ شَرَائِعِي في أَذْهَانِهِم، وأَكْتُبُهَا على قُلُوبِهِم، وأَكُونُ لَهُم إِلـهًا، وهُم يَكُونُونَ لي شَعْبًا. 11 ولَنْ يُعَلِّمَ أَحَدٌ ابْنَ مَدِينَتِهِ، ولا أَحَدٌ أَخَاه، قائِلاً: إِعْرِفِ الرَّبّ، لأَنَّ جَمِيعَهُم سَيَعْرِفُونَنِي، مِنْ صَغِيرِهِم إِلى كَبِيرِهِم، 12 لأَنِّي سأَصْفَحُ عَنْ آثَامِهِم، ولَنْ أَذْكُرَ مِن بَعْدُ خَطايَاهُم". 13 فَبِقَولِهِ: "عَهْدًا جَدِيدًا"، جَعَلَ الأَوَّلَ عَتِيقًا، ومَا يَعْتُقُ ويَشِيخُ هُوَ قَرِيبٌ مِنَ الزَّوَال.
Evangile Arabic	7 فَعَادَ يَسُوعُ يَقُول: "أَلـحَقَّ الـحَقَّ أَقُولُ لَكُم: أَنَا هُوَ بَابُ الـخِرَاف. 8 جَمِيعُ الَّذينَ أَتَوا قَبْلِي هُمْ سَارِقُونَ ولُصُوص، ولَمْ تَسْمَعْ لَهُمُ الـخِرَاف. 9 أَنَا هُوَ البَاب. فَمَنْ يَدْخُلْ مِنِّي يَخْلُصْ، يَدْخُلْ ويَخْرُجْ ويَجِدْ مَرعًى. 10 السَّارِقُ لا يَأْتِي إِلاَّ لِيَسْرِقَ ويَذْبَحَ ويُهْلِك. أَنَا أَتَيْتُ لِتَكُونَ لِلخِرَافِ حَيَاة، وتَكُونَ لَهُم وَافِرَة.

Lecture French	07 En effet, si la première Alliance avait été irréprochable, il n’y aurait pas eu lieu d’en chercher une deuxième. 08 Or, c’est bien un reproche que Dieu fait à son peuple quand il dit : Voici venir des jours, dit le Seigneur, où je conclurai avec la maison d’Israël et avec la maison de Juda une alliance nouvelle. 09 Ce ne sera pas comme l’Alliance que j’ai faite avec leurs pères, le jour où je les ai pris par la main pour les faire sortir du pays d’Égypte : eux ne sont pas restés dans mon alliance ; alors moi, je les ai délaissés, dit le Seigneur. 10 Mais voici quelle sera l’Alliance que j’établirai avec la maison d’Israël quand ces jours-là seront passés, dit le Seigneur. Quand je leur donnerai mes lois, je les inscrirai dans leur pensée et sur leurs cœurs. Je serai leur Dieu, et ils seront mon peuple. 11 Ils n’auront plus à instruire chacun son concitoyen ni chacun son frère en disant : « Apprends à connaître le Seigneur ! » Car tous me connaîtront, des plus petits jusqu’aux plus grands. 12 Je serai indulgent pour leurs fautes, je ne me rappellerai plus leurs péchés. 13 En parlant d’Alliance nouvelle, Dieu a rendu ancienne la première ; or ce qui devient ancien et qui vieillit est près de disparaître.
Evangile French	07 C’est pourquoi Jésus reprit la parole : « Amen, amen, je vous le dis : Moi, je suis la porte des brebis. 08 Tous ceux qui sont venus avant moi sont des voleurs et des bandits ; mais les brebis ne les ont pas écoutés. 09 Moi, je suis la porte. Si quelqu’un entre en passant par moi, il sera sauvé ; il pourra entrer ; il pourra sortir et trouver un pâturage. 10 Le voleur ne vient que pour voler, égorger, faire périr. Moi, je suis venu pour que les brebis aient la vie, la vie en abondance.

Lecture English	7 For if that first covenant had been faultless, no place would have been sought for a second one. 8 But he finds fault with them and says:* “Behold, the days are coming, says the Lord,g when I will conclude a new covenant with the house of Israel and the house of Judah. 9 It will not be like the covenant I made with their fathers the day I took them by the hand to lead them forth from the land of Egypt; for they did not stand by my covenant and I ignored them, says the Lord. 10 But this is the covenant I will establish with the house of Israel after those days, says the Lord: I will put my laws in their minds and I will write them upon their hearts. I will be their God, and they shall be my people.h 11 And they shall not teach, each one his fellow citizen and kinsman, saying, ‘Know the Lord,’ for all shall know me, from least to greatest. 12 For I will forgive their evildoing and remember their sins no more.” 13 * i When he speaks of a “new” covenant, he declares the first one obsolete. And what has become obsolete and has grown old is close to disappearing.
Evangile English	7 * So Jesus said again, “Amen, amen, I say to you, I am the gate for the sheep. 8 * All who came [before me] are thieves and robbers, but the sheep did not listen to them. 9 I am the gate. Whoever enters through me will be saved, and will come in and go out and find pasture. 10 A thief comes only to steal and slaughter and destroy; I came so that they might have life and have it more abundantly.
