Lecture Arabic	7 بِالإِيْمانِ أُوحِيَ إِلى نُوحٍ بِأُمُورٍ لَمْ تَكُنْ بَعْدُ مَرْئِيَّة، فَاتَّقَى الله، وبَنَى لِخَلاصِ بَيْتِهِ سَفِينَة، دَانَ بِهَا العَالَم، وبالإِيْمَانِ صَارَ وَارِثًا لِلبِرّ. 8 بِالإِيْمَانِ أَطَاعَ إِبْرَاهِيم، لَمَّا دَعَاهُ الله، لِيَخْرُجَ إِلى الـمَكَانِ الَّذي كانَ مُزْمِعًا أَنْ يَرِثَهُ. فَخَرَجَ وهُوَ لا يَدرِي إِلى أَينَ يَذْهَب. 9 بِالإِيْمَانِ نَزَلَ في أَرْضِ الـمِيعَادِ كَمَا في أَرْضٍ غَرِيبَة، وأَقَامَ في خِيَامٍ مَعَ إِسْحـقَ ويَعقُوبَ الوارِثَينِ معَهُ لِلوَعْدِ عَيْنِهِ، 10 لأَنَّهُ كانَ يَنْتَظِرُ الـمَدِينَةَ ذاتَ الأَسَاسَاتِ الثَّابِتَة، الَّتي صَانِعُهَا ومُبْدِعُهَا هُوَ الله.
Evangile Arabic	12 وعَادَ يَسُوعُ يُخَاطِبُهُم قَائِلاً: "أَنَا هُوَ نُورُ العَالَم. مَنْ يَتْبَعُنِي فَلَنْ يَمْشِيَ في الظَّلام، بَلْ يَكُونُ لَهُ نُورُ الـحَيَاة". 13 فَقَالَ لَهُ الفَرِّيسِيُّون: "أَنْتَ تَشْهَدُ لِنَفْسِكَ، فَشَهَادَتُكَ غَيْرُ صَادِقَة". 14 أَجَابَ يَسُوعُ وقَالَ لَهُم: "وإِنْ أَشْهَدْ أَنَا لِنَفْسِي فَشَهَادَتِي صَادِقَة، لأَنِّي أَعْلَمُ مِنْ أَيْنَ أَتَيْتُ وإِلى أَيْنَ أَذْهَب. أَمَّا أَنْتُم فَلا تَعْلَمُونَ مِنْ أَيْنَ آتِي، ولا إِلى أَيْنَ أَذْهَب. 15 أَنْتُم كَبَشَرٍ تَدِينُون، وأَنَا لا أَدِينُ أَحَدًا. 16 وإِنْ كُنْتُ أَنَا أَدينُ فَدَيْنُونَتِي حَقٌّ هِيَ، لأَنِّي لَسْتُ وَحْدِي، بَلْ أَنَا والآبُ الَّذِي أَرْسَلَنِي. 17 لَقَدْ كُتِبَ فِي تَوْراتِكُم أَنَّ شَهَادَةَ اثْنَينِ هِيَ صَادِقَة. 18 فَأَنَا الشَّاهِدُ لِنَفْسِي، ويَشْهَدُ لِيَ الآبُ الَّذي أَرْسَلَنِي". 19 فَقَالُوا لَهُ: "أَيْنَ أَبُوك؟". أَجَابَ يَسُوع: "لَسْتُم تَعْرِفُونِي أَنَا، ولا أَبِي، ولَو عَرَفْتُمُونِي لَعَرَفْتُم أَبِي أَيْضًا". 20 قَالَ يَسُوعُ هـذَا الكَلام، وهُوَ يُعَلِّمُ فِي الـهَيْكَل، عِنْدَ خِزَانَةِ الـمَال، ومَا قَبَضَ عَلَيْهِ أَحَد، لأَنَّ سَاعَتَهُ مَا كَانَتْ بَعْدُ قَدْ حَانَتْ.

Lecture French	07 Grâce à la foi, Noé, averti de choses encore invisibles, accueillit cet oracle avec respect et construisit une arche pour le salut de sa famille. Sa foi condamnait le monde, et il reçut en héritage la justice qui s’obtient par la foi. 08 Grâce à la foi, Abraham obéit à l’appel de Dieu : il partit vers un pays qu’il devait recevoir en héritage, et il partit sans savoir où il allait. 09 Grâce à la foi, il vint séjourner en immigré dans la Terre promise, comme en terre étrangère ; il vivait sous la tente, ainsi qu’Isaac et Jacob, héritiers de la même promesse, 10 car il attendait la ville qui aurait de vraies fondations, la ville dont Dieu lui-même est le bâtisseur et l’architecte.
Evangile French	12 De nouveau, Jésus leur parla : « Moi, je suis la lumière du monde. Celui qui me suit ne marchera pas dans les ténèbres, il aura la lumière de la vie. » 13 Les pharisiens lui dirent alors : « Tu te rends témoignage à toi-même, ce n’est donc pas un vrai témoignage » 14 Jésus leur répondit : « Oui, moi, je me rends témoignage à moi-même, et pourtant mon témoignage est vrai, car je sais d’où je suis venu, et où je vais ; mais vous, vous ne savez ni d’où je viens, ni où je vais. 15 Vous, vous jugez de façon purement humaine. Moi, je ne juge personne. 16 Et, s’il m’arrive de juger, mon jugement est vrai parce que je ne suis pas seul : j’ai avec moi le Père, qui m’a envoyé. 17 Or, il est écrit dans votre Loi que, s’il y a deux témoins, c’est un vrai témoignage. 18 Moi, je suis à moi-même mon propre témoin, et le Père, qui m’a envoyé, témoigne aussi pour moi. » 19 Les pharisiens lui disaient : « Où est-il, ton père ? » Jésus répondit : « Vous ne connaissez ni moi ni mon Père ; si vous me connaissiez, vous connaîtriez aussi mon Père. » 20 Il prononça ces paroles alors qu’il enseignait dans le Temple, à la salle du Trésor. Et personne ne l’arrêta, parce que son heure n’était pas encore venue.

Lecture English	7 By faith Noah, warned about what was not yet seen, with reverence built an ark for the salvation of his household. Through this he condemned the world and inherited the righteousness that comes through faith.f 8 By faith Abraham obeyed when he was called to go out to a place that he was to receive as an inheritance; he went out, not knowing where he was to go.g 9 By faith he sojourned in the promised land as in a foreign country, dwelling in tents with Isaac and Jacob, heirs of the same promise;h 10 for he was looking forward to the city with foundations, whose architect and maker is God.i
Evangile English	12 Jesus spoke to them again, saying, “I am the light of the world. Whoever follows me will not walk in darkness, but will have the light of life.”f 13 So the Pharisees said to him, “You testify on your own behalf, so your testimony cannot be verified.” 14 Jesus answered and said to them, “Even if I do testify on my own behalf, my testimony can be verified,* because I know where I came from and where I am going. But you do not know where I come from or where I am going.g 15 You judge by appearances,* but I do not judge anyone.h 16 And even if I should judge, my judgment is valid, because I am not alone, but it is I and the Father who sent me.i 17 Even in your law* it is written that the testimony of two men can be verified.j 18 I testify on my behalf and so does the Father who sent me.”k 19 So they said to him, “Where is your father?” Jesus answered, “You know neither me nor my Father. If you knew me, you would know my Father also.”l 20 He spoke these words while teaching in the treasury in the temple area. But no one arrested him, because his hour had not yet come.m
