Lecture Arabic	19 وجَاءَ يَهُودٌ مِن أَنْطَاكِيَةَ وإِيقُونِيَة، وأَقْنَعُوا الـجُمُوع، فرَجَمُوا بُولُس، وجَرُّوهُ إِلى خَارِجِ الـمَدينَة، وهُمُ يَحْسَبُونَ أَنَّهُ مَات. 20 غَيرَ أَنَّ التَّلامِيذَ أَحَاطُوا بِهِ، فَقَامَ ودَخَلَ الـمَدِينَة. وفي الغَد، خَرَجَ معَ بَرْنَابَا إِلى دِرْبَة. 21 فبَشَّرا تِلكَ الـمَدِينَة، وتَلْمَذَا عَدَدًا كَبِيرًا، ثُمَّ عَادَا إِلى لِسْترَة، فَإِيقُونِيَةَ وأَنْطَاكِيَة، 22 وهُما يُشَدِّدَانِ نُفُوسَ التَّلامِيذ، ويُشَجِّعَانِهِم على الثَّبَاتِ في الإِيْمَانِ ويَقُولان: "بِمَضَايِقَ كَثِيرَةٍ يَنْبَغِي لَنَا أَنْ نَدْخُلَ مَلَكُوتَ الله!". 23 وأَقَامَا عَلَيْهِم، في كُلِّ كَنِيسَة، كَهَنَةً بِوَضْعِ الأَيْدي، وصَلَّيَا وصَامَا، ثُمَّ اسْتَوْدَعَاهُمُ لِلرَّبَّ الَّذِي آمَنُوا بِهِ. 24 وبَعْدَ أَنِ اجْتَازَا بِيسِيدِيَةَ وَصَلا إِلى بَمْفِيلِيَة. 25 وبَشَّرَا بِالْكَلِمَةِ في بَرْجَة، ثُمَّ انْحَدَرا إِلى أَتَالِيَة. 26 ومِنْهَا أَبْحَرَا إِلى أَنْطَاكِيَةَ حَيْثُ كَانَا قَدِ اسْتُودِعَا لِنِعْمَةِ اللهِ مِنْ أَجْلِ العَمَلِ الَّذِي أَكْمَلاه. 27 ولَمَّا وَصَلا، جَمَعَا الكَنِيسَة، وأَخَذَا يُخْبِرَانِ بِكُلِّ مَا صَنعَ اللهُ مَعَهُمَا، وأَنَّهُ فتَحَ بَابَ الإِيْمَانِ لِلوَثَنِييِّن. 28 ومَكَثَا هُناكَ زمَنًا طَويلاً معَ التَّلامِيذ.
Evangile Arabic	17 وَعَادَ الاثْنَانِ وَالسَّبْعُونَ بِفَرَحٍ قَائِلِين: "يَا رَبّ، حَتَّى الشَّيَاطِينُ تَخْضَعُ لَنَا بِاسْمِكَ!". 18 فَقالَ لَهُم: "كُنْتُ أَرَى الشَّيْطَانَ سَاقِطًا كَالْبَرْقِ مِنَ السَّمَاء. 19 هَا إِنِّي أَعْطَيْتُكُمُ السُّلْطَانَ لِتَدُوسُوا الـحَيَّاتِ وَالعَقَارِب، وَكُلَّ قُوَّةِ العَدُوّ، فَلَنْ يُؤْذِيَكُم شَيء. 20 وَلـكِنْ لا تَفْرَحُوا بِهـذَا أَنَّ الأَرْواحَ تَخْضَعُ لَكُم، بَلِ افْرَحُوا بِأَنَّ أَسْمَاءَكُم مَكْتُوبَةٌ في السَّمَاوَات".

Lecture French	19 Alors des Juifs arrivèrent d’Antioche de Pisidie et d’Iconium ; ils se rallièrent les foules, ils lapidèrent Paul et le traînèrent hors de la ville, pensant qu’il était mort. 20 Mais, quand les disciples firent cercle autour de lui, il se releva et rentra dans la ville. Le lendemain, avec Barnabé, il partit pour Derbé. 21 Ils annoncèrent la Bonne Nouvelle à cette cité et firent bon nombre de disciples. Puis ils retournèrent à Lystres, à Iconium et à Antioche de Pisidie ; 22 ils affermissaient le courage des disciples ; ils les exhortaient à persévérer dans la foi, en disant : « Il nous faut passer par bien des épreuves pour entrer dans le royaume de Dieu. » 23 Ils désignèrent des Anciens pour chacune de leurs Églises et, après avoir prié et jeûné, ils confièrent au Seigneur ces hommes qui avaient mis leur foi en lui. 24 Ils traversèrent la Pisidie et se rendirent en Pamphylie. 25 Après avoir annoncé la Parole aux gens de Pergé, ils descendirent au port d’Attalia, 26 et s’embarquèrent pour Antioche de Syrie, d’où ils étaient partis ; c’est là qu’ils avaient été remis à la grâce de Dieu pour l’œuvre qu’ils avaient accomplie. 27 Une fois arrivés, ayant réuni l’Église, ils rapportèrent tout ce que Dieu avait fait avec eux, et comment il avait ouvert aux nations la porte de la foi. 28 Ils passèrent alors un certain temps avec les disciples.
Evangile French	17 Les soixante-douze disciples revinrent tout joyeux, en disant : « Seigneur, même les démons nous sont soumis en ton nom. » 18 Jésus leur dit : « Je regardais Satan tomber du ciel comme l’éclair. 19 Voici que je vous ai donné le pouvoir d’écraser serpents et scorpions, et sur toute la puissance de l’Ennemi : absolument rien ne pourra vous nuire. 20 Toutefois, ne vous réjouissez pas parce que les esprits vous sont soumis ; mais réjouissez-vous parce que vos noms se trouvent inscrits dans les cieux. »

Lecture English	19 g However, some Jews from Antioch and Iconium arrived and won over the crowds. They stoned Paul and dragged him out of the city, supposing that he was dead. 20 But when the disciples gathered around him, he got up and entered the city. On the following day he left with Barnabas for Derbe. End of the First Mission. 21 After they had proclaimed the good news to that city and made a considerable number of disciples, they returned to Lystra and to Iconium and to Antioch. 22 They strengthened the spirits of the disciples and exhorted them to persevere in the faith, saying, “It is necessary for us to undergo many hardships to enter the kingdom of God.”h 23 They appointed presbyters* for them in each church and, with prayer and fasting, commended them to the Lord in whom they had put their faith. 24 Then they traveled through Pisidia and reached Pamphylia. 25 After proclaiming the word at Perga they went down to Attalia. 26 From there they sailed to Antioch, where they had been commended to the grace of God for the work they had now accomplished.i 27 And when they arrived, they called the church together and reported what God had done with them and how he had opened the door of faith to the Gentiles. 28 Then they spent no little time with the disciples.
Evangile English	17 The seventy[-two] returned rejoicing, and said, “Lord, even the demons are subject to us because of your name.” 18 Jesus said, “I have observed Satan fall like lightning* from the sky.p 19 Behold, I have given you the power ‘to tread upon serpents’ and scorpions and upon the full force of the enemy and nothing will harm you.q 20 Nevertheless, do not rejoice because the spirits are subject to you, but rejoice because your names are written in heaven.”r
