Lecture Arabic	11 لا تَتَكَلَّمُوا بِالسُّوءِ بَعْضُكُم عَلى بَعْض، أَيُّهَا الإِخْوَة؛ لأَنَّ مَنْ يَتَكَلَّمُ بِالسُّوءِ عَلى أَخيه، أَو يَدِينُ أَخَاه، يَتَكَلَّمُ بِالسُّوءِ عَلى الشَّرِيعَةِ ويَدِينُ الشَّرِيعَة. وإِنْ كُنْتَ تَدِينُ الشَّرِيعَة، فمَا أَنْتَ عَامِلٌ بِالشَّريعَةِ بَلْ دَيَّانٌ لـهَا. 12 إِنَّمَا الـمُشْتَرِعُ والدَّيَّانُ واحِد، وهُوَ القادِرُ أَنْ يُخَلِّصَ ويُهْلِك. أَمَّا أَنْتَ فَمَنْ تَكُون، يَا مَنْ تَدِينُ القَرِيب؟ 13 هَلُمَّ الآن، أَيُّهَا القَائِلُون: "أَليَومَ أَو غدًا نَذْهَبُ إِلى هـذِهِ الـمَدِينَةِ أَو تِلْكَ، ونُقيمُ هُنَاكَ سَنَة، فَنُتَاجِرُ ونَرْبَح!". 14 أَنتُمُ الَّذِينَ لا تَعلَمُونَ ما يَكُونُ غَدًا، ومَا هُوَ مَصيرُ حَيَاتِكُم، إِنَّمَا أَنتُم بُخَارٌ يَظْهَرُ هُنَيهَةً ثُمَّ يتَلاشَى. 15 فهَلاَّ تَقُولُونَ بِالأَحْرَى: "إِنْ شَاءَ الرَّبُّ سنَعِيشُ ونَفْعَلُ هـذَا أَو ذَاك!". 16 ولـكِنَّكُمُ الآنَ تَفْتَخِرُونَ بتَكَبُّرِكُم! وكُلُّ افتِخارٍ كهـذا إِنَّمَا هُوَ شِرِّير. 17 إِذًا، مَنْ يَعْرِفُ أَنْ يَعمَلَ الـخَيرَ ولا يَعمَلُهُ، فعَلَيهِ خَطِيئَة.
Evangile Arabic	24 ورَأَى يَسُوعُ أَنَّهُ حَزِنَ فَقَال: "ما أَصْعَبَ عَلَى الأَثْرِياءِ أَنْ يَدْخُلُوا مَلَكُوتَ الله. 25 فَإِنَّهُ لأَ[سْهَلُ أَنْ يَدْخُلَ جَمَلٌ في خِرْمِ الإِبْرَة، مِنْ أَنْ يَدْخُلَ غَنِيٌّ مَلَكُوتَ الله". 26 فقَالَ السَّامِعُون: "فَمَنْ يَقْدِرُ أَنْ يَخْلُص؟". 27 قَالَ يَسُوع: "إِنَّ غَيْرَ الـمُمْكِنِ عِنْدَ النَّاسِ هُوَ مُمْكِنٌ عِنْدَ الله". 28 فقَالَ بُطْرُس: "هَا نَحْنُ قَدْ تَرَكْنَا كُلَّ مَا لَنَا وَتَبِعْنَاك!". 29 فقالَ لَهُم: "أَلـحَقَّ أَقُولُ لَكُم: مَا مِنْ أَحَدٍ تَرَكَ بَيتًا، أَوِ امْرَأَةً، أَوْ إِخْوَةً، أَوْ وَالِدَيْن، أَوْ بَنِين، مِنْ أَجْلِ مَلَكُوتِ الله، 30 إِلاَّ وَيَأْخُذُ في هـذَا الزَّمَانِ أَضْعَافًا كَثِيرَة، وفي الدَّهْرِ الآتي حَياةً أَبَدِيَّة".

Lecture French	11 Frères, cessez de dire du mal les uns des autres ; dire du mal de son frère ou juger son frère, c’est dire du mal de la Loi et juger la Loi. Or, si tu juges la Loi, tu ne la pratiques pas, mais tu en es le juge. 12 Un seul est à la fois législateur et juge, celui qui a le pouvoir de sauver et de perdre. Pour qui te prends-tu donc, toi qui juges ton prochain ? 13 Vous autres, maintenant, vous dites : « Aujourd’hui ou demain nous irons dans telle ou telle ville, nous y passerons l’année, nous ferons du commerce et nous gagnerons de l’argent », 14 alors que vous ne savez même pas ce que sera votre vie demain ! Vous n’êtes qu’un peu de brume, qui paraît un instant puis disparaît. 15 Vous devriez dire au contraire : « Si le Seigneur le veut bien, nous serons en vie et nous ferons ceci ou cela. » 16 Et voilà que vous mettez votre fierté dans vos vantardises. Toute fierté de ce genre est mauvaise ! 17 Être en mesure de faire le bien et ne pas le faire, c’est un péché.
Evangile French	24 Le voyant devenu si triste, Jésus dit : « Comme il est difficile à ceux qui possèdent des richesses de pénétrer dans le royaume de Dieu ! 25 Car il est plus facile à un chameau de passer par un trou d’aiguille qu’à un riche d’entrer dans le royaume de Dieu. » 26 Ceux qui l’entendaient lui demandèrent : « Mais alors, qui peut être sauvé ? » 27 Jésus répondit : « Ce qui est impossible pour les hommes est possible pour Dieu. » 28 Alors Pierre lui dit : « Voici que nous-mêmes, après avoir quitté ce qui nous appartenait, nous t’avons suivi. » 29 Jésus déclara : « Amen, je vous le dis : nul n’aura quitté, à cause du royaume de Dieu, une maison, une femme, des frères, des parents, des enfants, 30 sans qu’il reçoive bien davantage en ce temps-ci et, dans le monde à venir, la vie éternelle. »

Lecture English	11 Do not speak evil of one another, brothers. Whoever speaks evil of a brother or judges his brother speaks evil of the law and judges the law.* If you judge the law, you are not a doer of the law but a judge. 12 There is one lawgiver and judge who is able to save or to destroy. Who then are you to judge your neighbor?g Warning against Presumption.* 13 Come now, you who say, “Today or tomorrow we shall go into such and such a town, spend a year there doing business, and make a profit”— 14 you have no idea what your life will be like tomorrow.* You are a puff of smoke that appears briefly and then disappears.h 15 Instead you should say, “If the Lord wills it,* we shall live to do this or that.” 16 But now you are boasting in your arrogance. All such boasting is evil. 17 i So for one who knows the right thing to do and does not do it, it is a sin.*
Evangile English	24 Jesus looked at him [now sad] and said, “How hard it is for those who have wealth to enter the kingdom of God! 25 For it is easier for a camel to pass through the eye of a needle than for a rich person to enter the kingdom of God.” 26 Those who heard this said, “Then who can be saved?” 27 And he said, “What is impossible for human beings is possible for God.”m 28 Then Peter said, “We have given up our possessions and followed you.” 29 n He said to them, “Amen, I say to you, there is no one who has given up house or wife or brothers or parents or children for the sake of the kingdom of God 30 who will not receive [back] an overabundant return in this present age and eternal life in the age to come.”
